Pickups for Your Departure

To guarantee a timely and stress-free arrival, here are our recommendations for departure day pickups:

• It is advised to arrive at least 2 hours before international flights at any airport.

• If departing from Tulum Airport (TQO), we will arrange to pick you up 3 hours before your flight’s departure time.

To ensure the correct rate and avoid errors in your booking, please select the option (rate/rating) that matches the exact location of your hotel or villa:

Option 1: Tulum Airport (TQO) - Tulum

Area: Tulum Downtown, Zama Village, La Veleta, and the Hotel Zone.

Option 2: Airport - Tankah/Akumal

Area: From Dreams Tulum, through Tankah, including Soliman Bay, to Akumal.

Option 3: Airport - Playa del Carmen

Area: From Xpu Ha/Puerto Aventuras to Playa del Carmen (including Playacar).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Compact SUV units. While the space accommodates 4, it may be limited for 4 adults. Ideal for 1 - 3 passengers with luggage.
