10 out 10- highly recommend! - TJ was a fantastic guide! I’d never climbed outside before but he was super encouraging and helpful. Despite the nerves, everything felt super safe and I could tell he knew what he was doing. The views were incredible, would absolutely do again!

Highlight of our trip! - This excursion was definitely the highlight of our spring break trip. JC was very knowledgable and patient. Our 11 year old daughter was pretty nervous and he made every effort to make her feel safe. The scenery was beautiful and the rappelling was a real adrenaline rush. I highly recommend this trip!

Half day rock climb on Mt. Lemmon - This was an absolutely great experience. Jake was amazing. It was so much fun and a beautiful location. We got several different climbs in.

Super cool canyoneering... - Super cool canyoneering experience with Javan our guide. Not sure I really knew what we were getting ourselves into but we spent 1/2 day with Javan who was encouraging, kind and super safety focused as we traversed the Tanque Verde Canyon. We did 3 repels that were increasingly higher and the hike was about 4 miles in a gorgeous saguaro-filled canyon. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to be outdoors, do something to push themselves a bit and see gorgeous scenery. I wish I had sneakers that griped better...but all in all it was a great morning.

So much fun … climb and canyoning - We had an excellent two days nothing climbing at mt lemon and canyoning at tangue verde. TJ was our guide and he texted with Anita answering all of her questions. He was a great guide (he laughed at all of my bad dad jokes). We felt really comfortable and he chose areas and routes that were appropriate for all.

Canyoneering - Our guide, Jake, was terrific. Very knowledgeable and gave us an extraordinary experience. Wish this was actually at Mt Lemmon but Tanque Verde was beautiful!

Great time! Highly recommend! - This was a fantastic experience! The waterfalls weren’t running, but it’s still a really cool area to explore. Javen is a wonderful guide- patient & thorough. I had never rappelled before and he expertly walked me through it. Definitely outside my comfort zone, but I had a lot of fun and made some great memories. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to give canyoning a try.

Great rock climbing experience - My guide was super amazing, very informative and supportive. Such a great experience, mentally challenging and physically challenging. Can’t wait to do it again.

ACG Provided a Perfect Personalized Experience! - I went on two half-day adventures with Arizona Climbing Guides. On the first day, we went rock climbing, and on the second day, we went repelling. I have never tried either but always wanted to do so. Javen was my guide on both days. He reached out prior to the appointments to go over details and meeting place. He is highly experienced and a very good teacher. He explained everything in detail and was always safety conscious. He provided a helmet and climbing shoes for me to use. With Javen’s coaching and encouragement, I was able to climb to the top of a rock face and repel down multiple drops. Both days were at Windy Point on Mt Lemmon. He was very accommodating and wanted me to do what I wanted and enjoy doing it. By learning about rock climbing first, it was helpful when climbing back up after repelling. I’m 62 and found some of the climbs back to the top challenging, but Javen took it slow and never minded me taking a break. He was always there, ready to offer a hand when needed. Javen was the perfect guide! He even knew about the plant life and took photos!
