Cai Be - 07:00 - 07:30: Hotel pick-up in Ho Chi Minh City and departure for Cai Be.

• Visit a family business producing coconut fudges and crispy rice popcorn, taste fresh fruit, and enjoy Southern Vietnamese folk music.
• Paddle through scenic canals in the Upper Mekong Delta.
• Lunch with a chance to prepare and enjoy Vietnamese specialties in a local garden, engaging with the community.
• Cycle through orchards, interact with islanders, and visit Ba Kiet’s ancient house.

Can Tho - - Return by boat to Cai Be and then travel to Can Tho City for an overnight stay. Have dinner (own expense and not included).

CHAU DOC - HO CHI MINH CITY

Chau Doc - 06:00: Check out from your hotel and enjoy breakfast.
