Great tour. Excellent guides and bus driver. - We had two excellent guides and a fantastic bus driver. Excellent bus tour that took us to the sites outside the center of the city and to a lovely panoramic view of the city followed by an excellent walking tour of the center city.

A great itinerary worth to explore - The tour is well planned and executed by a knowledgeable guide. In particular, the city walking tour shows a rich history of the city.

Lots of Trondheim in a short time! - Valerie was a great guide. As a German, she seemed better able to give us a feel of life in Trondheim. I liked the walking tour best, my wife was the opposite.

Good tour - The tour covered exactly as described. Interesting city. Good over view although did not see anything in touch detail except fortress.

Great city and tour, but be prepared for a lot more walking than advertised. - Our guide was very knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. Trondheim is lovely. My score reflects only that the tour description wasn’t totally accurate. The bus portion and the one hour tour of the city was true. They did not mention the hour or longer walk back to the ship, no commentary, just hustling walk back. Why no bus??

Good tour, but some logistical issues - Our group enjoyed the tour overall, combining beautiful vistas of the bay and fortress (two hours) and a one-hour walking tour of the church, royal residence, Old Town Bridge, and bicycle lift. However, at the end of the walking tour, the entire group was expected to walk back to the cruise ship port. Normally, the tour bus returns the passengers. This added at least 45 minutes of walking that was not advertised and proved challenging for some in our group. Walking distance is a big factor when deciding whether to book a tour, especially for those with mobility issues, so adding this much walking without notice was not OK. Our young tour guide was sweet and energetic, but her pace was too fast for many in the group. Also, there was no one from the tour standing at the meeting to direct guests who were walking from the cruise ship to the meeting spot until the tour was just about to start, which created some uncertainty. Good tour overall, but less active travelers should think twice.

Tour ok - Organization leaves wishes unfulfilled - The tour was ok, it was done by a Norwegian student in German. The meeting point was not communicated in advance. This was in a poorly visible spot near the cruise port. A signage or pioneering person was not on site. After several attempts, we were able to reach someone by phone in the office. Luckily - the bus almost left without us, as we (4 people) were supposedly not on the list of participants. Strange just that we received an "appointment reminder" by e-mail the day before...

Ok trip - The bus ride was nice and the guide was very informative. We were not able to go on the prepaid walking tour as I had to return to the ship after cutting my leg on an armrest on the bus. Have had to visit the ships doctor 2 times for wound care at great expense.

Not as advertised - Arrived on time only to leave 15 minutes late because we were still missing people who never showed. Told the bus broke down so they had to combine two tours… 80 people on a double decker bus. First stop went well, left on time even. Skipped the 2nd stop, Royal Gardens. When I ask the guide told me the itinerary was wrong we would catch that on the walking tour well that didn’t happen. The guides were knowledge and friendly. The bus tour went well but it was hard to hear the guide on the walking part due to the large number of people. Not sure I would book again. Seems like a racket full of excuses after my money.
