SILVINA HAS THE BEST HAIR IN THE COUNTY AND PURE GOOD WAVE:) - We did two tours with this agency: Cerro Tronador and Victoria Island, but Victoria Island is operated by CAU CAU, another company, so in this review I will only talk about Tronador. In the office we were attended by Silvina and she was very nice with us!! We explain all the details and itineraries very patiently. On the day of the tour Walter picked us up and although at first he seemed serious and reserved, he ended up being an extraordinary tour guide. All the way he explained about flora, fauna and history of the region with a hidden sense of humor, but very good. Unfortunately we had very bad weather, it didn't stop raining, but still we were always allowed to get off calmly and take all the photos we wanted. The road is long, but it's worth it. The Tronador touched us extremely snowy and was a magical experience, especially for us who come from a warm place and are not used to snow. We had plenty of time to explore and even skateboard!! The shelter where we stop to eat is quite expensive and nothing extraordinary the food, but I guess it is normal in such a tourist place. The portions are good. The return playlist was 10, haha. I think in general it was one of the excursions we enjoyed the most in Bariloche. Thank you to Silvina and Walter for giving us such a memorable day, for their kindness and good vibe!!:) The only thing is that hopefully they homogenize their info because I wanted to book online from Mexico and they had told me that because of the snow was not going to the Tronador and we almost changed the whole itinerary because of that, when we arrived at the office and were told that everything was operating normally.

Great excursion, when we can we will return. - It was all 10 points. Fabián, the driver and guide, was pleasant and had a great sense of humor. It took him a while to pick us up but it's understandable, we were the last. The landscapes and the hill are spectacular.

A great trip with Juan Carlos! - I have just returned from a great trip to Cerro Tronador with Natural Travels which was lead by Juan Carlos. Could you please pass on my gratitude to him as his tour was very informative, interesting and a lot of fun! I understood whilst booking that it was in fact a Spanish speaking tour, however since there were a few English speakers on the tour, Juan went the extra mile to translate key pieces of information to us in English, even though we didn't ask him to do this. I also understand that it is customary to pay extra for an English speaking guide with other tours during booking, so this was a bonus-many thanks. A very enjoyable tour, many thanks Juan Carlos and Natural Travel!
