See a NATO submarine base! - Such a great trip with a wonderful guide. Arno/Arnault was friendly and professional. He gave us some history of Tromsø and even took us to a former NATO submarine base. The boat was clean and had snacks and drinks. The views were beautiful.

Great experience - Great experience! The skippers were really friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Boat was well equipped and we had some amazing views of the fjords.

Beautiful cruise - Our guide Arno was very courteous and polite. He was quite informative and made the cruise interesting . The warm coffee was welcome . The scenery around was beautiful. It was time well spent.

Day Fjord trip Tromso - The trip began on a sunny day, despite rain was threaten in the distance. The Capitan Arnold was the most interesting and pleasant person. Treated all of us like he knew us for a while. The cruising through the Fjord was so tranquil that give us a sense of been in a movie. We loved the waterfalls and the Submarine hanger. We try fishing and to hope for a good Halibut or Cod catch. Loved the hospitality

Pick this one! - Such an amazing experience! The captain was very knowledgeable and shared history. He pointed out a whale on our journey as well. Really recommend this fjord cruise for those who don’t want to do a full day. The scenery was incredibly beautiful. Would totally do it again!

Horrible experience - Horrible experience. We booked our tour for October 22nd 2024 and they called us 45 minutes before we were meant to leave to cancel. They provided no proof of cancellation, even after multiple attempts to contact them asking for written proof we received no response. I eventually contacted GetYourGuide and they gave me my refund, but my friend who didn’t book through them still hasn’t gotten her refund and it’s been over 2 weeks. I do not recommend booking with them.

Unprofessional, awful experience - Absolutely awful. If I could give zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional company. We booked the day tour with them on October 22nd 2024. They called us 45 minutes before we were meant to leave to let us know the trip had been cancelled because “another boat hit them overnight”. They called us and did not give us any proof of cancellation so it says I still went on the trip. They did not seem apologetic and did not even offer to rebook our tour. I still have not been refunded and it has been over two weeks. Please do not book with this company, I feel like I got scammed.
