They did everything they could - Although we only saw a slight of the northern lights (because of the weather), they did everything they could - chasing, driving to Finland, and being honest to tell us at the beginning that our chances are low (so we can cancel with refund). The 1 minute show we managed to see was impressive, and they managed to create amazing photos out of it.

Amazing experience - Was a brilliant night with lots of activity. Oscar is a fantastic guide that shared his knowledge freely, and was committed to every guest having great time.

Incredible experience! - Mattia, our guide, was incredibly knowledgable and passionate about the Aurora. He told us a few stories over the course of the evening, such as the history behind the Aurora, and constellations such as Orion. He made us feel super comfortable and made sure our needs were met! He tried his best to find us a clear spot and we were incredibly lucky to have some great views of the Aurora. Thanks to August, our driver, who navigated the narrow, icy roads with ease. He made us feel very safe and also helped spot the lights! We would recommend to anyone!

Best day of our lives - From start to finish Andy was absolutely amazing, such a knowledgeable and friendly person.
Who was full of interesting facts about the Aurora and just nature in general.
It was soo refreshing to hear about the Norwegian culture and all the super cool facts about his land.
Which myself and my husband have 100% fallen in love with.
The aurora we got to witness was out of this world and she danced all over the sky and we cannot wait to see the beautiful pictures he took.
The tour bus was so comfortable and warm and at the end, we even got a fire, hot chocolate and cookies with aurora dancing above us.
Thank you for such an amazing night that we will never forget.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants an amazing experience with a fantastic local conpany.
We will be back.

A very good tour company in Tromso - Unfortunately the tour was cancelled due to bad weather. We have arrived at the meeting point on time for the tour, and the driver/guide from the arctic breeze team was already there, a young man with orange jacket. He told the participants of the trip whether to try or cancel the trip because of bad weather and very low chance to see the northern light. We opted to cancel the trip and he promised us a full refund.
The next day we received cacellation of the trip by email, but we haven’t received our refund yet. We communicate with them via email and after a few days we checked our credit card account and the refund was there.
We like to express our gratitude to the Arctic Breeze team for the proffesional conduct. I would recommend using Arctic Breeze for northern light tour in Tromso. They were being honest about the chance to see the northern light that night and were willing to refund the payment.

Splendid night excursion - Wonderful tour proposed by Artic Breeze and his passionate Guide Bryjnar, native of the region, who spared no effort to offer us the best places, away from all light pollution, to observe the sublime Northern Lights.
We drove a 200-kilometre loop in a comfortable minibus in a small group.
Bryjnar not only gave us tips on how to take our photos but also made beautiful pictures himself that he sent us by email after the excursion.
He also offered us a brazier and hot chocolate to allow us to face the polar night waiting for dawn.
This magical night will live long in our memories.

A great evening, thanks to an amazing guide. - This was a great evening, with an excellent guide called Brynjar. Highly knowledgeable and reassured everyone that as we left Tromsø in heavy rain and wind, he was confident we would see the Northern lights. He did of course warn working with nature wasn’t easy. Brynjar did everything he could to make our evening great. He was brilliant and he did track the perfect sit down, based on his and his teams experience. My only criticism is with so many tours as well as airport coaches departing from the same location, there was nothing in the booking confirmation other than an address. A very landmark would be better, with an indication of how we can identify the team running the tour. It was bedlam. The only way we found Brynjar was by asking lots of other people who were stood around. This should be fixed somehow as I am sure stress levels as people scramble to find their your.

Non-communicative guide/driver. - I leave this review with a bit of hesitation. First, I want to clarify that I think the tour company was good and the itinerary was well thought out. Although we didn’t see any lights, my review is basically for our guide/ driver Oscar. He was very non-communicative throughout our eight hour journey. He never explained to us the science behind the northern lights, why we are moving around so much or what instruments they were using to chase the lights. This being our third light chase of the week, we had a lot of this information but for those who are doing it for the first time they were very lost. Being together this long on a tour being more interactive would’ve made it more enjoyable. If Oscar is your driver, see if you could switch buses.

Find another tour company if you want to catch the aurora - Save your time and money and book with another tour company. While their website bills small groups of 4-14, we were stuffed into a minivan with 21 people and there were 3 minivans traveling together for a total of over 60 people. Definitely not the small group tour we thought we were booking. Even worse, the tour guides knew there was supposed to be aurora activity coming within an hour (they told us this) but decided to end the tour and bring us back to the city. We missed the best aurora show of the evening even though most other tour groups stayed out to catch the best display of the week. The guides just didn’t seem to care and seemed to want to get home as fast as possible.
