Magical evening with reindeer - All magical. Lovely hosts, tasty stew, beautiful (if not very hungry) reindeer. Toilets a bit grim but then it is out in the wild places

Great time getting to know the Reindeer - Very fun to feed the Reindeer. They are gentle and easy to feed. I enjoyed their beautiful colors, antlers, size and personalities. The Sami story telling was interesting and educational.

An opportunity that won't be easy to find elsewhere, a great excursion that did not disappoint. - It is amazing, the reindeer are fun, the fires warm, the food was delicious. I really enjoyed and appreciated meeting and listening to the Sami guide who was a herder in the wild most of the time. There are so few indigenous people left who have a life in the modern world but also the same as their ancestors thousands of years in the past. They deserve some tourist $ and to be listened to. If you just go to feed the reindeer and see the mountains then you won't be disappointed. My wife wasn't going to eat the reindeer stew but found it to be absolutely delicious, I think as meat was as good as anything I have had anywhere before. The view of the mountains in the background is worth the journey alone. In fact it was nice to see the scenery on the coach. It was all well organised and a nice time. I think the only thing we would have liked to change would have been to stay longer!

Reindeer feeding and Sami education - Great excursion! The bus to the camp was comfortable, our guide was knowledgeable and feeding the reindeer was so memorable! Learned about the fascinating Sami culture in a cozy setting with delicious reindeer stew. Everything was perfect! Wouldn’t change a thing.

Walk with reindeer - Nice, a little touristy, the bus to get there was very unpleasant, because the windows were tinted and grilled ,so,we could see nothing pity

Reindeer Feeding and Sami Culture - A Unique Experience - Meeting and feeding the reindeer was an incredible experience, especially seeing the variety of antlers in different shapes and sizes. Located just an hour from Tromsø, the short journey made the trip even more enjoyable. Learning about Sami culture was highly educational and was presented in an engaging, interactive manner. Warm drinks and delicious reindeer or vegetable stew added to the experience. However, the cleanliness of the toilets was disappointing. Apart from that it was a pleasant experience overall. I highly recommend trying the reindeer feeding and sami culture tour.

Good value trip - Was lovely to be up close feeding the reindeer and learning about the Sami culture. The journey time from Tromso is under an hour in a very comfortable large coach. The food provided was also good (reindeer stew but also a vegi option)

Fun to feed the reindeers... - Fun to feed the reindeers and very informative about the Sami Culture but would have been better to have the lunch first as lunch for the afternoon departure is only at 3pm. So its not quite lunch. So do grab something to eat first. Maybe I wish the tour was shorter as there was quite a bit of free time so take your time feeding the reindeers.

Average trip. - You will mostly spend 1 hr on the bus, 1 hr feeding the reindeer, 1 hr for having the reindeer soup meal with a Sami guide explaining their culture and 1 hr on the bus again to return. With 1500kr (which i paid), I think it's not worth. But it's up to individuals.
