A must if you visit Tromso! - This was a fantastic outting. Our guide, Louie, and driver, Bella, went beyond and above to ensure we saw an amazing show of lights. With much patience and perseverance, Louie and Bella found the opening in the sky!!!!!

Bucket List - Overall experience was fantastic! Jessica was amazing in chasing the northern lights. Best guide ever! Isabelle was awesome and one of the best and safest drivers I’ve ever met. Kudos to Arctic Explorers and to viator!

Worth it! - I highly recommended this tour! Louis was our tour guide that day. He really enjoyed his job, he explained to us all about the auroras and makes us feel like a group of friends going for an advanture :D! At first we saw a tiny aurora so we changed locations like 2 times and finally some them in a full potential. It was amazing! This tour includes a really nice suit and boots which I think makes you to enjoy the experience even more, because it was windy that day. Also, the hot chocolate, cookies and warm meal was really good too. Thank you! :)

A magical experience, a fantastic service from the company. - Wow! What an incredible experience. Seeing the lights was just magical. It was a bit of an adventure into Finland with a breakdown to the minibus but a few phone calls and Julian had another minibus on the way (only 30 mins lost) and amazing Isabelle the driver (3 buses in one night). Julian knew his stuff and the lights really did perform for us especially travelling through very snowy conditions. A late finish, back in bed by 4am but so worth it.

Amazing experience. - Well organised tour. The guides give their absolute all to try to ensure we get to see the Nothern Lights. Would definitely recommend the minibus. The experience was definitely worth the price difference. Jeremias and Philipe were an excellent team. They provide very good overalls and shoes for the tour. Food was good too and the camp fire experience was wonderful. The also take good quality photos for you and provide it to you end of the tour. They are very patient in helping us get out photos.

AMAZING!!? - It was an amazing night, we do have another one with them in two days, but just this first day was amazing. Perfect equipment, comfortable, excellent guiding and service. And PERFECT food!

Excellent guide Louis and driver Isabella, beautiful lights! - Due to the clouds we did not expect to see many lights, but we were in for a beautiful surprise thanks to the guide and driver of this tour! They made it really worthwhile. Louis, the guide, was engaging and explained a lot about the Aurora Borealis. Moreover when we stopped one last time we extended well beyond our time as the lights were finally dancing! Isabella was an excellent driver and made sure we arrived home safely around 4 AM. The bus was a 17 seater and roasting marshmallows over a campfire in the snow was fun. We are looking forward to seeing the pictures online soon!

Incredible tour! - This experience was absolutely fabulous. The company was SO professional, had every step of the way figured out in an organized and efficient manner, and our guide Jéssica seemed as invested in making sure that we saw them as we did. We had to escape cloudy weather in Tromsø by driving 3 hours to Finland and Jéssica always kept it entertaining and kept our optimism up. Ultimately we got so lucky to see 2 amazing shows. This night was one to remember and we’re very grateful to Arctic Experiences for helping us achieve the dream of seeing the lights! Highly recommend.

Angel and Felipe are the best! - WOULD RECOMMEND. We went on the Arctic explorers tour with Angel, and we couldn’t be more pleased! Angel and the driver, Felipe, took great care of us. We faced a very cloudy day, but they never gave up hope and even went into extra time for the customers. They kept telling us to have hope, that we might see it. Finally, at 3am, we were able to see the lights! We are very grateful for Angel and Felipe for the extra efforts they made to give us the experience of a lifetime. Book with them!!

Trip cancelled on the day - There is nothing to tell. We had 1 night in to see the Northern Lights and the trip was cancelled earlier that same day. The trip was canceled and now I’m waiting for the refund by the organisers. Also waiting for you Viatour to refund me the commission
