Mind blowing experience - One of the most amazing experiences ever. We took a private tour and everything was perfect Our guide Michael was super nice and patience, he got coffe, tea, hot chocolate soup and some cookies for us! We enjoyed the bond fire and watching the northern lights laying there in the nature.

A dream come true - We have just returned from a 4 day trip to Tromsö. Our goal was to see the Northern Lights. We contacted the Northern Soul Adventures agency. On March 8 at 5:30 p.m. as agreed Maria came to pick us up. Immediately a very good contact was established. Very friendly and cheerful, knowing her region perfectly, without ever being discouraged Maria searched for 2 hours for a location so that we could see the Northern Lights. It was finally in Finland that we found the ideal place. We therefore took up residence under a sky studded with a thousand stars and without clouds. So a magical night began for us. The Northern Lights, crossed by shooting stars, appeared one after the other with colors ranging from green to mauve. Absorbed by this spectacle, we did not notice the time passing. Shortly before midnight after a good hot soup, the time came to return to Tromsö. Thank you to Maria for her competence, her enthusiasm and for having engraved in our memories an unforgettable evening.

Northern lights - It was a very well organized tour with an Excellent guide Bogdan and a great driver. Bogdan was very enthousiastic helpful and knowgeable. He was very well informed in all areas related to the event. I highly recommend this tour

Fantastic experience, once in a lifetime - The guide Bogdan and Anna were great, they made the tour fantastic with finding the Aurora and the food and stories and knowledge. I wouldn’t ask for anyone better . I didn’t have much expectation because the rain and clouds but they found the Aurora. If I came again or was asked for a recommendation , I would ask for Bogdan and Anna.

A great evening despite no cooperation from the clouds - We recently took this adventure with Bogdon as our guide. He was very personable, engaging, and good-humored. He tried his darndest to find a spot where we would see the northern lights, but the clouds simply would not cooperate. Northern Soul Adventures provided comfortable transportation, thermal suits, foot warmers for our shoes, and crampons. Bogdon and our driver Anna made a herculean effort until nearly 3am to find an opening in the clouds , stopping in a number of places along the way. Unfortunately to no avail. My only mildly negative comments are that it seemed like the first location we stopped at for the longest interval had more light pollution than I expected an experienced guide to choose to try to see and photograph the northern lights, and there was a very bright orangish light that illuminated virtually the entire area at another stop that would have been hard to block out in order to take photographs even if the aurora did show. But otherwise my hat is off to Bogdan for his positive attitude, helpfulness, and to his and Anna's efforts on our behalf!

A good guide is important - I’m an experienced aurora chaser, and this is a fair review. Had 2 nights of aurora hunting with Northern Soul Adventure, and our guide is Maria. The vehicle might not be the most comfortable one, but Maria has the best spirit for aurora hunting. Both nights were cloudy, and on the first night, Maria drove for hours under clouds, and finally got a partly clear sky and the lights were amazing. The other night we also had overcasting sky, and this time was unlucky. Even so, Maria had tried her best, driving and driving for hours, searching and hunting. Really respect her attitude. I think this is what aurora hunting should be, keep trying, beating the weather. Otherwise it’s better to just stay home and wait for good weather

Exceptionally well organized- highly recommend - Huge thanks to Bogdan and Gerrard for a memorable trip! This is one of 4 northern lights tours I’ve done- and tours from Tromsø can be particularly taxing. However, this team was very well prepared and made it significantly more comfortable. The provided us heated insoles, thermal suits and crampons, along with instructions on how to use them and taking care to make it easy to change into the suits by arranging chairs, timing the insoles etc. the soup and snacks were substantial. They out Ina. Lot of effort to find a good spot and then guide us on how tot take good pics. In particular, Bogdan was very engaging and provided insight on northern lights, what causes them, how to track them…. And a lot of other stories. Good pics too! :)

Highly Recommend- exceptionally well organized - Very well organized- much appreciation for our guide Bogdan and driver Gerrard for making it a memorable night. This is one of 4 Northern lights tours I’ve done- and ones from Tromso can be very taxing because of the cold, landscape, etc. However, this tour was particularly well prepared and comfortable - making it easier to survive the night. On this tour they provided heated insoles (with instructions on how and when to use them), thermal suits and crampons. The dinner and snacks were also good - and not just a token. They put in a lot of effort into finding good spots and ensuring we get good views and photos. In particular, Bogdan offered a lot of insight on what causes Northern lights, how to track them and how best to photograph them. He also kept the group engaged with stories/ relevant information. Highly recommended.

Stunning Aurora - Truly a night to remember, thank you! - A truly memorable experience! Maria was a fantastic guide, so enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. The trip was exactly as described, ticked every box, l highly recommend Northern Soul Adventures. We did a tour with another company which was very good but this was better; warmer/better fitting suits, hand/shoe warmers, many more photos and a more spacious/comfortable vehicle. We headed north due to cloud coming up from the south and after waiting about an hour at our destination, the Aurora appeared! The display was mesmerising and Maria continued to take photographs for a couple of hours as the display continued to dance throughout the sky. We had the best time and the fabulous photos arrived promptly. Many thanks.

Nice and great experience!! - The guide was a cool guy, he knew the right spot to see the northern lights. The driver with him was also a nice girl. This is a small company but it works every cent! I def recommend this tour :)
