Secret Gem of Croatia - An underrated secret of Croatia. The scenery and the views were amazing. The crystal clear water. Such a gem. Very much worth the trip. We booked the tour and showed up to the meet up point about 30 minutes earlier as recommended. Bus ride took about 2.5-3 hours with a stop at a rest area. Our tour guide (Bhari?) was very knowledgeable even though he joked this was his second day on the job (lol). He had a more laid back approach and let you naturally explore the area along the paths. He only asked that we stop at the forks in the road so he can guide us. Definitely opt for the longer route as it’s the most enjoyable. Very good experience there overall. We stopped for a late lunch. Our tour guide had mentioned we could stop at a local area for cheese and honey but the farmers weren’t available which was unfortunate. Overall very worthwhile experience!

We leave at 7 a.m. - This tour meets in front of the Grey Line tour desk and departs at 7am on a tour-specific bus. So go to the tour desk at the meeting point before 7am, tell your name and check in. Once you have booked, there will be no additional email announcements, so once you have booked, simply go to the tour desk on the morning, check in and wait for your departure in front of the shop. There are many people waiting for you on different tours, but you can rest assured that your guide will call you by name after you check in. Three hours each way, you can stop by the gas station once on your way to and from the airport to buy a toilet and drinks and food. The toilet was free. Drinks and food are expensive, so you may want to bring your own breakfast and snacks. The food at the fast food restaurant at lunch was hearty and delicious. My guide Mia was a very nice guide who explained a lot and kept everyone entertained. Thanks to our guide Mia, it was a fun tour and a really good memory. Thank you very much.

A Don’t Miss Experience with Barry and Sonja - Great tour to Plitvice Lakes. Our tour guide Barry was knowledgeable and funny. He had lots of good information about the national park and the areas we drove through on our way to Plitvice. He even gave us restaurant and gelato recommendations in Split. Shout out to Sonja, Barry’s colleague, she was fantastic !

Highly recommended - Great experience. Waterfalls are gorgeous. It's quite a hike but worth it if you are reasonably fit. Ivanka our tour guide was brilliant.

Beautiful. - Plitvice was absolutely beautiful and our guide, Ivanka, was great. Very knowledgeable. We were in a large group of around 50 that made it a bit difficult navigating the crowds

Disappointed - Was in Croatia for two weeks, had a wonderful holiday, done many excursions. Tripadvisor was the only company that focused more on the reviews rather than the trip itself. Disappointing

Very poor service - The location given was not the right one. The guide called and hung up on us saying it was too late and they were leaving. Really disappointed!! $400 in the fire because we never surrendered.
