- Pasabag - Pasabag, or Pasha’s Vineyard, is located on the Zelve road between the well-known town of Goreme and the traditional pottery-making town of Avanos. Here, visitors can admire the impressive cone-topped rock pillars known as Fairy Chimneys, which stand tall throughout the vineyard. Pasha was an important officer during the Ottoman era when the region was captured. However, Pasabag is more commonly referred to as Monks Valley, a name it earned from the numerous monk refuges carved into the soft rock cones.
- Omurlu - Discover the renowned pottery art of Cappadocia, which dates back to before Christ, and experience the feel of the clay.
- Göreme Open Air Museum - The Goreme Open Air Museum is a rocky settlement area that hosted a vibrant monastic life from the 4th to the 13th centuries A.D. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985, the Goreme Open Air Museum is also one of the most popular attractions in Cappadocia.
- Goreme Panorama - Cappadocia is a globally renowned photogenic location, offering breathtaking landscapes, fairy chimneys, rock-cut houses, beautiful valleys, and scenic lunar hills, along with incredible monuments for visitors. There are numerous excellent panoramic viewpoints in Cappadocia for those who wish to enjoy the stunning views and for photographers. Visiting one of the popular viewpoints in Cappadocia is the best way to experience and appreciate the amazing landscape carved into fairy chimneys and rock formations.
- Uchisar Castle - Uchisar Castle is the highest point in the region and the largest and most beautiful fairy chimney, offering unique panoramic views over Cappadocia. Located in the town of Uchisar, the rock castle served as a fortress for the Roman and Byzantine armies. The area is also home to the most beautiful fairy chimney formations.
- Pigeon Valley - Pigeon Valley is a charming valley near the town of Uchisar, named after the thousands of pigeon houses carved into the soft tufa since ancient times. It offers another spectacular panoramic view over Cappadocia, along with the stunning views of the dovecotes. The valley is named after pigeons and is among the most popular, well-known, and impressive valleys in Cappadocia.
- Kaymakli Underground City - The Kaymakli Underground City is built beneath the hill known as the Citadel of Kaymakli and was opened to visitors in 1964. The residents of Kaymakli (Enegup in Greek) village have constructed their homes around nearly one hundred tunnels of the underground city. The locals still use the most convenient areas in the tunnels as cellars, storage spaces, and stables, which they access through their courtyards. The Kaymakli Underground City features low, narrow, and sloping passages. While the underground city consists of 8 floors below ground, only 4 are open to the public today, with spaces organized around ventilation shafts.
