Wonderful family tour to Trebinje with Cava Tours. Luka was an excellent guide. Loved the history and minor winetasting! - This was a truly exceptional and enriching experience. We booked the Experience Bosnia/Private Tour to Trebinje with Wine Tasting with Cava Tours and were completely blown away. Our guide, Luka, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about the history and culture of the region. He made the journey engaging and informative, sharing stories and insights that you simply wouldn't get from a guidebook. Trebinje itself is a beautiful hidden gem, and the wine tasting was a delightful surprise. The local wines were excellent, and the setting was perfect. This tour is a wonderful way to step into another country for a day and get a glimpse of Bosnia's beautiful landscapes and warm hospitality. We highly recommend Cava Tours and especially want to thank Luka for making this such a memorable day. Five stars!

Great Experience - An amazing experience. Marko is an informative and experienced tour operator. He made the us welcome from start to finish. Wine tasting was fantastic, but the experience was amazing. Then had a wee grappa (and more) tasting, great fun. But… the best part… lunch!! OMG!! Way too much food and stuffed full of tasty goodness!! Definitely 10 out of 10 for this experience.

A different perspective - It was our last day in Dubrovnik and we wanted to do something different. Our guide Marko suggested a day trip that included a drive up the mountain for the best view of the old harbor and surrounding islands. Then we crossed the border to Bosnia and had a very interesting visit to the Monastery in Trebinje coupled with a wine tasting! After all the sightseeing Marko recommended a small restaurant with the most delicious meal of local dished at a fraction of the price we were used to paying. Thank you Marko for a very informative and enjoyable day and for answering all our silly questions !! Liska from South Africa

A Taste of Bosnia Herzegovina ! - Superb day which included lots of places we would never have found on our own. Not just a visit to Trebinje! We started the day with a bird's eye view of Dubrovnik from the mountain above the town. We then headed across the border into Bosnia Herzegovina to visit the beautiful Tvdos Monastery and a vineyard producing Grappa. Lunch was a highlight at a traditional restaurant in an out of the way location above Trebinje. Finally we spent time wandering around the old town of Trebinje. Marko was an excellent guide, friendly and knowledgeable. We would certainly recommend this tour as a contrast to the tourist bustle of Dubrovnik : a chance to taste the food and wine of Bosnia Herzegovina and glimpse it's stunning scenery and historic locations.

5 star experience - From the moment Bruno picked us up to dropping us off, we had a fantastic time. Bruno was so friendly and enthusiastic about showing us around the countryside, telling us about the area and insisted on lovely taking pictures for us. We started the day with a breathtaking drive to Tvrdos monastery and we got to sample lovely wine. Bruno then took us to a vineyard whuch produces rakija, a local spirit. We then had free time in the old town of Trebinje and then Bruno took us to a monastery high in the hills for more gorgeous views. We were then brought to a traditional restaurant for lunch, the food was amazing (you will not leave hungry!). I would highly recommend this tour.
