In the course of this class, the Cesarina will disclose the secret techniques behind three genuine regional dishes. Try your hand at these recipes and enjoy the challenge. Everyone in the class will have their own workstation, complete with cooking tools and all necessary ingredients. Finally, savor your creations accompanied by a collection of local red and white wines.
