Embark on an amazing full-day safari tour at a stunning Game Reserve! Enjoy the convenience of hotel pickup from your central Cape Town accommodation, ensuring a stress-free adventure. Get ready to explore a private, malaria-free reserve and experience an unforgettable game drive through the park. Keep an eye out for the renowned Big Five animals and other endangered species.
- Not allowed for children aged under 2yrs old
- A minimum of 2 adults per booking is required
- Tour accommodates maximum 8 guests, however there will be more guests at the Reserve and on the game drive.
- Cullinan Guided Journeys strictly follow the SA Government approved TBCSA Health and Safety COVID-19 Protocols. Should guests present COVID-19 symptoms, COVID testing and quarantine will be at their own cost. We recommend that you ensure that your guests take adequate personal travel insurance cover before departure from home.
- If guests are making their own way to a listed pick-up point, they need to allow sufficient travelling time (ie… traffic delays etc…) in order to arrive at the pickup point in time for collection.
- Should guests not arrive by the scheduled departure time, the tour will depart and no refunds will be given.
- It is compulsory that guests contact us 48 hours prior to tour departure to re-confirm pick up and drop off details. Should clients not make contact with us by 48 hours prior to travel date, the booking will automatically be cancelled.

- When more than one person is travelling – we require names and last names of all guests travelling (reason being if tour booking is made with one person and the hotel reservation is made under another, we will be informed by the hotel that there ais nobody by that name at the hotel which will result in delays and could cause the guests to miss the tour).

Recommend this - Lovely day and saw lots of animals. Nice to see them in wide open spaces where they are safe and cared for.

Great day at Aquila !! - A very great day at Aquila! Denver was a great driver and very funny !! Answered questions about the areas that we drove thru. Not a big safari, but it was perfect for what I wanted !! I really enjoyed the greeting when we arrived and the buffet lunch that was served !! Great tour if you want to stay close to Cape Town !!

Cape Town Safari - This trip was close to Cape Town. We only had a few days to explore. I'm sure this is not the same as going to Krueger, but if you want to see animals while here, this was a good option. We saw animals close up. The trip went smoothly and on time. The Aquila reserve is a nice place. You'll enjoy it.

Fantastic safari experience for a great price! - This is a wonderful trip and I highly recommend it! The day began being picked up at my hotel and driven to the game reserve. NOTE: it is a long drive! The group I travelled with was very friendly. Once there, I was greeted with a welcome drink. and a buffet lunch. The lunch was excellent, and I recommend sitting outdoors on the patio to enjoy the view. I then loaded up into one of the tour trucks for the safari. There is a lot of wildlife and great views of the scenery and the animals. I saw 4 of the "Big 5," only lacking a sighting of leopards. I was especially impressed with the lions as they were very close to the truck! At the halfway point of the safari, the tour stopped for additional complimentary drinks. When the tour was over, I was dropped off back at my hotel. I truly enjoyed the experience and once again highly recommend it!

Best Safari trip within a day range of Capetown. - Firstly, dont expect the Kruger! But this is possibly the best chance to see these animals within a days range of Capetown.
The whole experience was well managed and everything we could have wished for.
Lunch on arrival was excellent with a buffet of food for every taste. Drinks were extra but reasonably priced.
The safari was great. Be aware that the tracks are rough and you will have to hang on!
We saw all the animals we expected to, and got very close to many of them.
The driver/guide was great, stopping regularly for photos and was knowledgeable and informative.
A great day out.

Great Safari Excursions - If you are looking for g for either a 1 day or 2 day excursion I would look into Aquila Reserve. They can accommodate either and it includes pick up and drop off from your hotel or AirBNB

Natural Habitat - Seeing the Big Five and other animals in their natural habitat and having a knowledgeable tour guide. The meal included with Aquila was delicious. I will recommend this tour to others.

Fantastic trip! - What a fantastic experience we had on Safari. Despite the winds, we saw many of the animals we’d hoped to see and made even more special by our fantastic driver who was attentive and full of insight and knowledge. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Cape Town.
