You will be impressed by its 426 rooms and its 282 fireplaces. Your tour guide will show and explain it’s mind blowing double helix staircase, probably a Leonardo da Vinci creation. The forest in which it is in is a national game reserve.

Great day! - Superb day with Cillian, a very knowledgeable guide, very funny and even challenging us with some quizzes after each visit. He was also great with our 7 years old who enjoyed the trip more than we would have hoped for! También en español!

Great day out! - Had an incredible day out visiting the Chateaux and wine tasting in Ambois. Roxane was a lovely tour guide and very knowledgable on the history of the Chateaux. The wine tour of the caves and tasting at Ambacia was fantastic and the lunch at the venue was even better.

We are all apprentices, after all - Killian was absolutely amazing. Super attentive, accommodating and a wealth of knowledge. He was detailed and loves the car ride trivia. We really enjoyed the trip and all of the information he provided at each site.

A Great Day in the Loire! - We took a high speed train from Paris and met the tour guide and group in Tours, a little over an hour train ride. It was a spectacular day! Ingrid was our small group (7 in the mini-van plus Ingrid) guide and she was simply fantastic! She was quite knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. The two chateau visits were very fun and educational and the wine tasting was one of the best we have ever experienced. Although we accomplished a lot, the pace did not seem too aggressive. I highly recommend this wonderful tour!

Chateaux and wine o'clock - Nice amount of time in each chateau and the wine cave was interesting. Our guide Killyian had loads of info and with just 2 couples on the tour , it was comfortable and very enjoyable

It was a really fun day,... - It was a really fun day, and pretty long? We had a great tour guide, Roxanne, who knew a lot and was very helpful when answering questions. I’d say for the price it is a bit surprising that lunch wasn’t included. Otherwise I’d give the tour 5/5.

Disappointing - The guide was clearly inexperienced, lacked basic knowledge of the sites visited,, didn't communicate well. The timings on the trip were unbalanced.

Wish I had to do it better again - Tour Guide was a nice lady but we couldn’t understand her English and she was scripted. You asked something outside her script and got little reply.
