A truly memorable experience - A truly amazing experience. The historic castle was simply incredible, and the historical information provided by our guide Ilya was invaluable. Over many trips booked through Viator, Ilya was one of the funniest and most engaging guides we have had the pleasure of meeting.

A not to be missed chateau! - You see the main rooms and then have time to explore on your own or go back. The guide was very knowledgeable and an excellent driver. We were lucky enough to end up in a very small group.

Very friendly and knowledgable guide. - Our guide was very friendly and knowledgable but there is an audio guided tour at the castle that may have provided the same information. If you are on a tight budget the self guided audio tour may be just as insightful.

Amazing time at the castle! - We had an amazing time at Chennonceau Castle. Our guide, Iljia, was fabulous. He arrived early to meet us at the tourism office, and we were very lucky that we were the only ones on the tour. His English was perfect and he had lots of information about the castle, its construction, its inhabitants and their way of life. I highly recommend this tour!

Great Tour to Chenonceau Chateau and Gardens - Most enjoyable four hours to Chenonceau Castle. Ilia our guide and driver was excellent. He is informative and engaging.
