Perfect beach day in Mykonos! - Stress free beach and town excursion. Completely relaxing day hitting the beach with time for some afternoon sightseeing and gelato in town. This excursion was great, the transportation was new, clean and uncrowned - unlike a cruise ship excursion it felt personal. I see people squawking on here about the cost of beach chairs and food at the beach - IMO everything was a very good value for a world-class beach location. You would pay more for such a beach experience in Hawaii or SoCal and the beach would be nowhere near as relaxing. We went in very late September, the water was perfect for swimming, the beach hostess was charming and efficient. The town visit was just right. All transportation was ready and waiting exactly as promised.

Nice beach experience - Very nice beach, easy to get chairs and umbrella, service for food is easy. Watch out for some rocks on way in, but once in very clean and comfortable water.

Great beach - Overall I feel this was well worth the trip. The beach was pretty, the lounge chairs were a bit pricey at 70 euros, but they were pretty comfy. We decided not to stop at the Town shops. Our ship was going to leave at 3:30, it was 2:00 and we didn't want to chance it. The scenic ride was was fun!

Relaxing day and beautiful view 10/10 recommend! - Very relaxing and beautiful excursion. Easy pick up at new or old port (7-10 mins walking distance from each other). Bus had AC and took us to the resort. You have an option to get a cabana chair (recommend) 35 euros per person. You can order drinks and food from here and get bring it to you. Water was amazing and a beautiful view. The driver and organizer Antonia were awesome.

Easy transport - Transportation was fine and easy to find! However, skip the beach! Elias Beach isn’t anything to write home about. Mykonos Town was way better!! Wish we had more time there it was beautiful! Woman who was on our bus shared a lot of great information too if we asked questions.

It was okay - Once we got to Elia beach we were told it would be €70 for 2 beds to lay out on. We knew this before getting there, but was also told if we did not want to buy one we can lay anywhere on the sand. After laying for ~1hr we got yelled at for being in the sand after moving all 19 people we were told to move again. I asked the guide and she said she would check but never got back to us. If you walk to other chairs you can find some sets for €20 or €40. Once we got back on the bus to old port the bus driver took us to the new port instead so we lost time that we were suppose to get at the old port. Most of us ended up taking a water taxi back to the cruise so we can spend more time at the old port. Overall it was a fine experience, Elia beach wasn’t much to see but we made the most of it.

Expensive - The van ride to the beach was comfortable and the beach was nice, but 70 euros to rent a sunbed in addition to the cost of the van seemed excessive. Especially since we were there for only a few hours, not the whole day. In addition, after we paid the attendant, and settled in; another attendant came over and rudely told us these sunbeds were for hotel guests, without asking if we had paid, or looking to see the receipt that the attendant attached to our umbrella.

Left without us! - The tour guide was late, and asked a group of us to wait in one spot. Then forgot about us, and left without us. We had to call the company and huge bus had to turn around to get us. Everyone on the bus was pissed and we had to tell them that it wasn’t our fault. That gave everyone less time to enjoy the beach! It was very disorganized. The company wasn’t outside our ship waiting for us with a clear sign like all the other travel companies.

I think this is not a your it’s just a bus ride to Elia beach pick up and drop off only.. - I find it quite expensive just to put us on a bus take us to a beach and drop us off there and then just pick us up.. the tour description is misleading
