Enjoyable trip - There is no guide on the bus as they just give you a link to a phone app ( recommend taking Earbuds or headphones) zBoth locations were very imprssive and we thoroughly enjoyed the visit.

Top medieval French towns - Day tour plan allows enough time to visit both towns in close proximity with time for lunch without a lot of travelling involved. The second stop may not be suitable for those having walking or mobility issues since it is all uphill but all worthed for those who decide to go for it. All guests adhered to time.Driver was fantastic with meeting points exactly at start of visiting attractions.

Great Experience - Return Customer - This was the second bus tour my wife and I took with CityTour Toulouse. Once again, we had a very good experience. The staff and driver were all very helpful, courteous, and extremely professional. I would recommend this tour company to anyone who doesn’t want to worry about driving, parking, and dealing with traffic. Please note for first-time customers the pick-up location is a little bit confusing if you are utilizing any of the navigation apps on your phone. Refer back to their website; they have a more detailed image and location of the bus pick-up/drop-off location. For us, it was our second time, so we knew exactly where to go.

Efficient way to visit these very interesting locations. - This was an efficient and comfortable way to visit these two historical and interesting towns. The coach was comfortable and everything ran exactly on time. The audio guide content is also written in the app to which is provided, if you want audio bring your earbuds, they aren’t provided and you’ll use your phone to access their app. There is no human guide but a very capable driver. We had a great day and especially enjoyed the Toulouse Latrec museum. Cordes offers some very nice artisan shops.

Good self guided walking tour - Transport only but provided with a QR code that gives you a map and self guided walking tour. Excellent app. We went in March and the second stop was a waste of time as everything was shut. Would have preferred the trip to be adjusted when out of season, either longer in Albi or just head back. But skip the second stop when out of season

Get better buses - Bus was awful - no air conditioning and driver wasn't good. Wouldn't put the air on more. He said it was fine even though everyone was saying it was too hot.

Rude driver, terrible audio app - We were 2 minutes late getting there. The tire guide was pleasant… but the driver was extremely rude about our lateness - 2 minutes!!! He was rude to us through the journey. And we found out it wasn’t just us - he basically growled at an older gentleman who was a bit late getting back to the bus at Albi. (This was 20 June). And then there is the audio app. It’s a heavy app to download, and it is very complicated to use. If you don’t keep using it you then have to find the tour again and go through half the process. There is a bunch of older people on the bus that I need to help explain how the app worked. And the app itself is not particularly great. In parts of Cordes you can only get 3G and therefore the app basically doesn’t work. In my opinion the marketing material is misleading when it talks about the audio tour.
