Top medieval French towns - Day tour plan allows enough time to visit both towns in close proximity with time for lunch without a lot of travelling involved. The second stop may not be suitable for those having walking or mobility issues since it is all uphill but all worthed for those who decide to go for it.
All guests adhered to time.Driver was fantastic with meeting points exactly at start of visiting attractions.

Great Experience - Return Customer - This was the second bus tour my wife and I took with CityTour Toulouse. Once again, we had a very good experience. The staff and driver were all very helpful, courteous, and extremely professional. I would recommend this tour company to anyone who doesn’t want to worry about driving, parking, and dealing with traffic. Please note for first-time customers the pick-up location is a little bit confusing if you are utilizing any of the navigation apps on your phone. Refer back to their website; they have a more detailed image and location of the bus pick-up/drop-off location. For us, it was our second time, so we knew exactly where to go.

Good option - It is only transport to the two places but access to an app with information for both places was included. It makes getting to Cordes-sur-Ciel easy where doing it independently is difficult. Well worth the money for the ease of the day.

Worth every minute visit to this historic city - A beautiful city in southern France, home to the episcopate responsible for the crusade against the Cathars, a dissident group of the Catholic Church. Its cathedral in the form of a fortress is impressive.

Good self guided walking tour - Transport only but provided with a QR code that gives you a map and self guided walking tour. Excellent app. We went in March and the second stop was a waste of time as everything was shut. Would have preferred the trip to be adjusted when out of season, either longer in Albi or just head back. But skip the second stop when out of season

Great tour to Albi, disappointing tour to Cordes sur Ciel. - Wonderful trip Albi. The St Cecile Cathedral is absolutely stunning. Seems like all the walls are painted. Wood carvings are exquisite. The Palais de la Berbie, which houses the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum was great. All the sights were outstanding. Cordes sur Ciel was disappointing. Everything was closed. Town was beautiful but a long hard climb to the top was rewarded with nothing to see except the outsides. I don’t have internet outside of my hotel so was unable to get the audio tour. I had to listen to it after I got back. That was a big glitch I hope gets corrected.

Good experience - This is only a transport tour without guide but they gave tips on where to go through a pamphlet. Overall smooth experience and good timing- bus was clean and driver was courteous.
Would recommend giving more time in Albi than in the second town.

Quaint Albi, Toulouse Lautrec museum a must do! - A lovely day out in Albi, a visit to the wonderful Toulouse Lautrec museum is a must, with additional works of art from contemporaries such as Matisse & Rodin and many others, extremely informative and enjoyable. Unfortunately delays on leaving due to parking & diversions left little time for the visit to Cordes-sur-ciel.

No experience as trip was cancelled and we were not notified - Our trip on November 21, 2024 was cancelled and we were not notified by TripAdvisor. We waited at the pickup point for almost and hour. No phone number was provided. Thankfully name of the tour operator was mentioned. We surfed online to find the contact no and called up only to find out that the trip was cancelled and they had notified TripAdvisor. They were kind enough and refunded our money. This is the third trip that we booked through TripAdvisor was cancelled. One in July, a mini cruise from Copenhagen to Oslo, 2nd one was on the 20th November to Carcassconne from Toulouse and the third was this trip. Extremely disappointing when you have only days in a city and both the trips get cancelled. Will never book another trip through TripAdvisor.
