Night Turtle Tour - We had an amazing experience with Brandon on our night turtle tour! Brandon is excellent with communication during the booking process and sent a taxi to come get us. We were lucky and came upon a turtle on the beach right away. Brandon is very knowledgeable about the turtle nesting process and cares deeply about respectfully viewing the experience. We were able to see several stages and Brandon clearly explained everything while we had several opportunities watch. It was an unforgettable experience!

an excellent tour guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate. He made our turtle egg-laying experience memorable! - Brandon was fantastic from start to finish! He communicated all the details and logistics clearly before the tour. During the tour, his passion really shone through as he shared fascinating facts about turtles and their laying habits. We were lucky enough to witness a green turtle laying her eggs, and my boys, aged 12 and 8, were so close that they got flicked with sand from her flippers! Brandon made sure we had enough time to enjoy the experience but also knew when it was time to head back. The next morning, he took us on a canoe tour where he pointed out sloths, snakes, crocodiles, and various birds and monkeys, all while keeping the atmosphere engaging and cheerful. He even went above and beyond by returning after he had gone home to bring us some snacks we had left behind. Brandon was helpful, friendly, and truly everything you want in a tour guide. I can’t recommend him enough!

Amazing tours! - I did the turtle tour and the canoe tour with Brandon, both were amazing! He explained everything, spoke perfectly English and knows a lot about the animals and Tortuguero. I would totally recommend Brandon as your guide in Tortuguero!

Canoe- and turtle tour - Together with my boyfriend, we booked the canoe tour and turtle tour with Brandon. We were there in June, so the turtle season hadn’t really started yet. Brandon still wanted to take the risk, and if we didn’t see anything, we would do the night tour the next evening. We were very lucky and got to see the entire process of a turtle laying her eggs. Brandon explained everything with great passion, the same goes for the canoe tour. He knows everything! It was an amazing experience and I would definitely book with Brandon again!!!

Exceptional moment! 🥰 - Exceptional and unmissable tour to do in Tortuguero. Brandon was able to explain with passion all the steps of turtle nesting. It was a magical moment, full of emotions. This is done with respect for the animal. They try to make sure that there are not too many of us and we only get to a certain stage so as not to stress or scare the animal away.

Unforgettable Wildlife Tours - We went on a total of 5 tours with Brandon as a family, and we had an amazing time. Our favorite was the Turtle Nesting Tour, where we witnessed the entire process of a Green Sea Turtle laying eggs on the beach. We also loved the kayaking trip on the local river in Tortuguero, as well as the night tour, where we saw a snake, various spider species, grasshoppers, sleeping toucans, iguanas, and basilisk lizards. Brandon was always punctual and well-organized. He constantly provided us with useful information about the animals and the surroundings. We highly recommend Brandon as a guide!

Great turtle & canoe experience! - We had the best experience with seeing a big geen turtle lay eggs and go back into the sea again and all the fases in between. We also did je Canoe tour with Brandon that was also very nice

Nefarious guide - We hired Brandon for the good reviews on tripadvisor but it was the biggest mistake of the trip and ruined our turtle experience. It was totally on the air, stretching the group, not waiting for us all to arrive and not considering that we were with young children and older people. Just before we started the tour he told us that we had had one of the last sectors (this goes by lot), that we had to go through the park and go through the center of the trail totally muddy because there were poisonous snakes. That same morning he had been photographing one that he told us was lethal. Instead of reassuring the elderly who were scared by having to walk through a park at night and with venomous snakes, he started walking at his pace and the others had to follow him as well as we could, waiting for each other so that the last ones were not left alone. He gave us bad answers to the questions we asked him while we were watching the turtle. The next morning he wrote to tell me that he was unwell for the canoe tour and that he was sending someone else. Which we were grateful for because he would have ruined that tour too. This new guide, took Brandon's boat and after 3 minutes we had to turn around because he did not feel safe as for us 8 was too small, short and wobbly. He took a taller and bigger canoe and we were able to do the tour perfectly. Please hire someone else who is more eager to make this unique experience unforgettable.
