Great tour - We can definitely recommend the canal tour! Our guide provided us with a lot of information and above all he showed us a lot of animals that we would not have discovered.

The best guides and hosts! - Angelo was an excellent guide and even better host! This tour was incredible and he is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the nature we observed. Him and his wife also have an Airbnb that is beautiful and right near the beach I would encourage anyone visiting to stay in.

Great tours me experienced guide! - We stayed at the Hotel Casa Thirema in Tortuguero. The very friendly receptionist Carmen organized the day tour (canoe tour in the morning as well as day and night walk). Our guide was Angelo, who informed us with great expertise about the flora and fauna. He's incredibly good at finding the animals. He grew up in Tortuguero and knows every spot there. We were lucky to have such an experienced guide. Thank you for this great day!

Great nature trips in tortuguero with Angelo - We‘ve made in total 3 trips and each of them has been amazing (Canoe tour through the canals of the tortuguero national park, day walk through the national park, and a motorized boat tour for animal watching on the canals along the river towards the sea. Angelo is very kind, fun, an amazing animal spotter and has a huge knowledge on the animals, the nature and tortuguero. He was also well prepared for the weather as we got hit by rain, but he provided us with ponchos just in time :)

Loved it ! Do not hesitate ! - We loved the tour with Angelo ! We leaned so much and he was able to explain everything , he is also very funny! We also did a night tour with him the same day and ended up finding new animals ! If you are looking for a tour choose him it is an amazing experience !

A magical experience in Tortuguero National Park - It was an unforgettable boat tour in Tortuguero National Park. Carmen organized this excursion for us, our guide Angelo picked us up at the hotel at 6.00 am and then explained us very expertly and very informatively everything worth knowing. With his trained eyes he could spot many birds and animals, which we could then admire extensively. The atmosphere in the early morning on the river in the middle of the rainforest almost silently gliding with the Bboot, accompanied by the cries of the howler monkeys and the singing of the birds, was just magical! Thank you for the unique experience!

Unforgettable visit - We carried out both the tour of the canals and the night tour to see nesting of the turtles in Tortuguero National Park and it was simply incredible, both Angelo and Carmen are exceptional guides with an incredible degree of attention and personalization, which make a good experience to be unforgettable. Not only do they have the proper knowledge of being local, but they also add the fact that they have prepared especially to be guides and enjoy their work, which is wonderful and they are able to transmit it to you. Just good words. I took it recommended by friends and will recommend it to every person traveling to the area.

Canoeing with Angelo - Angelo, a very kind and attentive boy. He knows a lot about the species that inhabit Tortuguero and tells you very interesting information about them. His passion for his work is undoubted, as well as his hospitality in welcoming us as a group. All the doubts I had about different species was able to resolve them and surprise me with everything I knew about the paraue. It was an honor to hear and learn from him. We would repeat without hesitation.

Quiet through the jungle - Great tour of the canals in Tortuguero. Organized at the great Carmen! Operated by Angelo. Angelo was a great guide. He answered all the questions and told us a lot about the animals and surroundings. Through the electrically powered boat, we were able to glide quietly through the jungle. This gave us the opportunity to perceive all sounds and dive deep into nature. Beautiful experience!
