Know the specific sites - The tour was fine, good experience knowing the specific sites and having time for ourselves without needing to be in the group

Recommended at the steakest - This was a nice trip that can be recommended. Pass far to drive the bus. Frigiliana was a beautiful and idyllic small village. Got suitable time on my own. Same with Nerja. Beautiful town on the coast. We were also maximum lucky with the weather in October. The guide was a little limited in English.

A good Winter break but not for us in the Summer Season. - Overall it was a very good week in Nerja. The weather was excellent at around 21-23 degrees.Journey time from Malaga airport by taxi was around 45 minutes, although this was around 10pm so much longer if you arrive or depart during the day. In our opinion, it is a place that caters for the more senior traveller and would not think it much of a draw for anyone below the age of 50..we are late 60's and early 70's but fit and mobile.Research your accommodation...we were only 8 minutes from the beach going downhill but 15 going back up, affectionately known as Cardiac Hill. We stayed in Villa Flamenca, an excellent adults only hotel..I would suggest we were average age residents. Highly recommended if you are above average fitness...many residents opted to stay by the pool..possibly because of the hotels elevated location. The old town is easily accessible on foot, many restaurants of variable quality and cuisine.Dont neglect the smaller tavernas and tapas bars... Balcon de Europe is a lovely spot for a stroll, but I would not wish to be anywhere near that area in the height of Summer. Very impersonal and more expensive than elsewhere. Step away and a 5 minute walk north of there is,in our opinion,a much better option when drinking or dining. Beach restaurants shut at 1700 in the Winter months..well kept beaches although in places a bit regimented...but each to there own. Wine and beer by the glass is much cheaper than the average UK bar. As for Malaga airport it really needs to get its act together with the transition from check in to passport control. Two passport control officers serving at least a 200 person queue, probably 300.Rediculous. I thought it was a one off but have since learned its usual. Accompanied with the RYAN AIR experience, it was not a comfortable time for the majority in that queue. You have been warned.

It wasn't bad but it would change the times in every town - Once the problems of the bus were solved we headed to Frigiliana a beautiful town there we were about 2 hours (free time) and then we went to the town of Nerja where we were about 3 hours (free time). Benjamin was our guide and throughout the tour on the bus he explained things about Malaga and towns that we passed through and told curious things that we did not know. In my opinion I would leave more time in Frigiliana as I find it a beautiful and charming town, we took a little train that showed you a little the town and explained its history (30 minutes the tour) highly recommended. In Nerja we had free time where we visited the europa viewpoint with beautiful views of its coves, we also visited the blue summer park and we took some walks through its little shops, but it is true that here we spare time.

Beautiful excursion, landscapes. I didn't like the Anabell guide. - The excursion and the beautiful places. The walks through those beautiful streets of Frigiliana and Nerja. All very nice. The Anabell guide did not meet my expectations. He didn't explain anything. I didn't like it.

Not recommended and did not meet my minimum expectations - The guide was not translated the same information in English from information that he provided first of all in Spanish. This is a lesson learned for travelers to not book trips which has 2 languages in the same time. Big mistake.

Bad experience - No, it's worth the price for going without a guide You're walking around without tons or even though there's not much to see, I expected more, really. I had heard it was one of the most beautiful towns in Spain and did not meet expectations
