Soothing ride - Dining room is a little chilly so bring a jacket. The food and the service is outstanding. Come hungry.

Loved this cruise! - Absolutely loved the cruise - it was the perfect length, the view was fabulous, the dinner wonderful and terrific service. The only challenge was finding them! Give yourself time.

Great dinner, beautiful views - Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner cruise on the Odyssey. We were a family of 6 adults and all loved the experience. All enjoyed our food and the views. If going in the summer, be prepared for a very chilly dinning room. Highly recommend this experience.

A highly recommended experience :) - This cruise was classy, yet very enjoyable. The three course meal was delicious and satisfying. Waiting staff were very courteous and provided my friend and I with excellent service. Although the weather was rainy, the sights surrounding Lake Ontario and Toronto were beautiful. Highly recommended.

Pleased over all, however not like last time. - The cruise was overall a wonderful experience. This was my second time on this exact sunset cruise giving me a little experience of what to expect. Again, the boat itself was clean and fancy, perfect for a date night experience. My partner and I were dressed in our best and the atmosphere and decor supported a fancy night out.
The food was good, same menu as last time. Great plate presentation and taste. The DJ was playing really great music and enjoyed the dancing on the upper deck as we cruised.
All around a great date experience.
However, this time we did experience some aspects that were not up to par or expectation.
Our server was not at her best. The additional appie we ordered came after 3 times requesting it. It finally arrived after our main course and it was not hot. Our main course came out and the beef was cool, not hot. The service was less than anticipated.
The cruise was advertised as a 3 hour cruise, from 6-9pm, however we were fully docked and directed to disembark just before 8:25pm...that was before the sun actually set. We were actually hovering in front of the dock even before 8:25pm for a while before they eventually docked. During the first cruise experience we got to enjoy the full sunset from an incredible advantage point, great job on that captains navigation to give the passengers a great view, which is what we came for. The best part of the cruise, and it was exactly what we came to expect.
I feel like we did not get the full experience as it was cut short (more than half hour shorter than advertised) and we were tucked in behind the buildings well before the sun actually set.
I was so excited to share this experience with my partner, and feel like we did not get the full sunset experience we were promised.
Overall we really enjoyed the experience, however, the aspects that fell short of expectation is why I gave this a 4 star review.

The cruise ship was... - The cruise ship was beautiful. Time spent with friends and family was great. People came out looking so beautiful but the food was sub par. You could tell it was made earlier that morning. The salad was soggy, the salmon it was so dried out. There was literally three pieces of potatoes and about 8 lentils on my plate. I ordered bruschetta, that was also dried out we couldn’t eat it. My family had the short ribs and they said it was not tasty but they were satisfied with it. Time on the observation deck was the best part of the evening though the music was so so.

It was okay - Please be advised that your purchase only includes water, coffee, or hot tea. You will have to purchase lemonade, soft drinks, and juice. They charge each time you want another beverage. No refills. Our waitress did not inform us of this.
The food was delicious; it just wasn't hot. More like warm.
No elevator so those who cannot climb steps I do not recommend.

Mixed - Book now pay later? Had a lot of difficulty changing the amount of people attending a week in advance. Spent 2-3 hours on the phone to get it right. On the cruise, one of our members found a 2-3” plastic straw in her salad.

Never again - We have used Viator for our travel experiences for many years and had ave found them to be an excellent choice. Unfortunately this one was quite a miss.
The service was slow and very poor. It took a while for our server to take our drink order. We ordered 2 unsweetened ice teas when they were delivered they were both very sweet teas. My husband sent his back with a request for unsweetened. I kept mine. If took 30 minutes to “special” brew his tea and redeliver. We then ordered our dinner. I requested the house salad and had no option for dressing. Our entrees were the salmon with the shrimp accompaniment. While everyone around us were served their meals we again waited quite a while because they were cooking the shrimp. I’m from the south and I know shrimp cooks quicker than steak.
At the end of the evening we were presented with our bill which was for 3 iced teas at $4.50 each. They even charged us for the tea that was returned.
Never again.
