A great day for couples, groups, or families! - This is such a great way to spend the day if you are in the Toronto area. Getting to see the falls with a stop at a winery is a nice touch. My husband and I loved that it is a college that is teaching winemaking and anything you purchase goes right back to supporting the students. Our tour guide, Nikki was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. It was so wonderful to just sit back, enjoy, and not stress about anything. The included lunch was pretty good too and you can’t beat the views of the restaurant.

Highly recommend trip to Niagara Falls - My wife and I really enjoyed this tour. It was a very complete tour with lots af activities (wine tasting, lunch, boat tour, and time at the village of Niagara On The Lake), yet we never felt rushed or hurried. Our guide Nikki was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic , and engaging throughout the day, and driver Frank was not only an excellent driver, but a nice guy too. Overall, we highly recommend this tour which made the entire visit to Niagara Falls fun and hassle-free. Just be prepared for a long day (10+ hours).

The tour was well... - The tour was well organised with sufficient time to explore on one’s own. The highlight was getting wet right by the falls. Our guide Nikki was excellent with a good sense of humour. Driver Don was good particularly having to put up with Toronto traffic at the end of the day .

A long but thoroughly enjoyable experience - The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our experience. While there was a buzz of activity at the designated meeting point with several other coaches present, ours did show up exactly at the time organised. This was slightly confusing with groups of people running from one to the other to find theirs. Once onboard and moving, our host Wayne and driver Vito, kept us entertained with facts about the surrounding areas, notable historic figures and light-hearted humour. We arrived at the vineyard and were greeted with some tasty white, then made our way to a brief tasting of 3 wines. The Ice Wine was excellent. We then made our way to Niagara for lunch at the Queen Victoria Place Restaurant. We didn't have much control over the place or menu we were served and I have to say we enjoyed both the location and food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We spent time wandering around the promenade next to the falls and met back at the coach at the designated time to move onto the cruise to the edge of the falls. This all worked efficiently and we really enjoyed the experience. The kids loved it. From there we regrouped to travel to Niagara On The Lake. It's a beautiful, dollhouse town with small local shops, cafes and restaurants. It's a place we will definitely be going back to. Once again we were on the coach back to Toronto. It was a long day. Everyone was thoroughly exhausted but it was an amazing day. We definitely would recommend it.

Toronto Bus Company, proceed at your own risk. - I'll start by saying Niagara Falls is beautiful. Go see it, but not with this tour company. Our tour guide's name was Joe Pee (not poop), which is how he introduced himself. What we initially thought was dry humor turned out to be sarcastic, rude, and microaggressive behaviour. At the onset of the tour, when two individuals were getting on the bus, he yelled out "you're a Latino!" There was no air conditioning on the bus, and it was 90 degrees outside. He knew the air didn't work before the tour started. There was "assigned seating" for my group at the back of the bus, where it was the hottest, but others didn't have assigned seats. However, we were yelled at if we moved. There was no water for us, and no built-in bathroom breaks. We were late arriving everywhere, and spent very little time at each location. One stop, only allowing for 10 minutes. He was constantly yelling to "hurry up!" "keep moving!" etc. At Niagara Falls, he took the camera from the person's hand who was taking our photo, pretended to take a pic, and didn't, so we lost out on a great photo with the whole group. When a few people got lost on the way back to the bus, from Niagara on the lake, he refused to go pick them up. He was seen coming out of the liquor store with a brown paper bag. Unknow if he drank it; however, it would explain the erratic driving, jumping curbs, yelling and screaming at other drivers, calling the police names, and the near concussion I got on the drive back. I have never had such a HORRIBLE experience on a tour before. He was rude and antagonistic to everyone in MY party (followed us around the stores during Niagara on the lake) and made others on the tour feel very uncomfortable. If we weren't interacting with him during the ride back, he would flash the lights and yell, "are y'all listening to me?!" I have never seen such a lack of professionalism in my life. Joe Pee (not poop) single-handedly RUINED the entire experience. Why he has a job still, I'll never know.
