An absolute beauty of a guided group tour of Niagara Falls on a glorious Canadian summer’s day - Came all the way from Australia, and no real surprises that from a sightseeing perspective, this was the top of my priority list, especially as it was a bucket list item. Had a wonderful time experiencing Niagara Falls as part of a guided group tour. After a 90 minute coach ride from Downtown Toronto, we got to experience the thrill of being on the boat while witnessing the water come down from the falls. Fantastic tip by your guide Alex that socks should be taken off, and she was spot on, as the expected drenching happened (but absolutely all worth it for the experience). After some free time, there was a super delicious buffet lunch at the Sheraton Fallsview, alongside an absolutely stunning and top-notch view overlooking the falls. After more free time after lunch, a short coach ride took us to our next destination, with the highlight being chocolate, chocolate fudge and maple syrup sampling. The final destination was Niagara-on-the-Lake, home to such wonderful scenery all-round, especially in the Waterfront District area. Plenty of photo opportunities all-round and an unforgettable tour, a bucket list item and one I would recommend in a heartbeat. Huge credit to tour guide Alex for her inspiration, enthusiasm and being super knowledgeable about Niagara Falls in particular and to Sameer for driving everyone from place to place along the way. Huge tick for an incredibly successful experience.

Luis, our tour guide, was... - Luis, our tour guide, was extremely informative and personable. Riccardo was a very safe and courteous driver. I would have liked more time in Niagara on the Lake which is a charming town and would suggest eliminating the maple tasting and/or spending less time in Niagara Falls. Having lunch in Niagara on the Lake instead of Niagara Falls would have been preferable as there were many charming restaurants there as opposed to the overpriced restaurants in Niagara Falls. All in all I recommend this tour which was well organized and had a comfortable, air conditioned bus.

Awesome Tour - This was a great experience. The tour went smoothly, like a well oiled machine. I am so glad a skip the line pass was included because the lines get so long. The tour guide and bus driver were amazing and communicated everything in a timely manner.

Fun trip as described - Delivered exactly as advertised. The schedule was full but not rushed, we never had to wait for departure or gathering points. The boat ride is fantastic, but come prepared to get wet (wear sandals). I didn’t think the lunch buffet at the Sheraton was all that great, so I’d advise you to skip it and grab lunch somewhere else in Niagara Falls. We hustled through lunch and grabbed a beer at the brewery next door. The maple tasting was touristy, but a fun little side quest. Niagara on the Lake is beautiful, we could have spent the entire afternoon here and loved it. The tour guide was knowledgeable and very nice. The bus was comfortable.

Great way to visit... - Great way to visit Niagara Falls without the lengthy wait time. Our guide Javier was a pro! Nice to see Niagara-on-the-Lake too on the way back - it’s a beautiful spot with lots of shops and attractions of interest.

Nice tour - This was a good tour. Our tour guide was interesting and informative, and the actual boat trip was fun. Plan to get wet! It is a very short boat ride and a VERY long bus ride, 2 hours each way. The syrup tasting was not all that interesting and the stop in Niagara on the lake was a lot of pretty typical small tourist town shops and restaurants.
