Boambee Creek Reserve Kiosk - Paddle by kayak though the pristine waters of Boambee Creek while enjoying the sunset. Guided by a University trained marine scientist. Look for stingrays and other marine life in the water, try out yabbying and find hermit crabs. Check out the osprey, herons, egrets and oyster catchers amongst other birdlife.

Great family experience - Despite tricky weather, we had the greatest time. Matt was wonderful! He had an abundance of knowledge so it was not only a great kayaking experience, but we learnt about the local Indigenous fish traps, mangroves and food. Thanks Matt!

Kayaking tour - What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. No devices just us and nature and a very knowledgable guide Matt. Just us on the river learning about the area , enjoying the stingrays . My 17 and 13 year old really enjoyed the experience and loved the yappie catching . Would love to come back and do the ocean experience . Would recommend this tour, thanks Matt

A great kayaking experience - Late afternoon was a good time to go kayaking, with the sun less intense and beautiful light on the river. Lots of river and sand bank ecology and wild life highlighted along with the long history of the place. Some yabbying and crab finding added to the whole experience. Tour guide responsive to and engaged a diverse group.

A must do experience! - Such a great evening of kayaking! Learnt so much about the wildlife, mangroves and about the area from our awesome guide, Matt. He was very knowledgeable and made our experience really fun. Would highly recommend this experience. Thanks for a great evening, Matt!

Sunset Kayak trip up river. - Matt was a great guide and very knowledgable about the area.
We went in the 5pm trip, but unfortunately tide was going out so water level was very low and due to rains water was murky so couldn’t see much fish etc.
But, still good fun, enjoyed the peace and quiet
Well worth doing.
