Our best day in the entire Japan trip! - We had an amazing tour of Mt Fuji. Thanks to our guide, Mr Shahryar, who made this tour even more memorable. Right from the start, our tour guide took into consideration our dietary restrictions, he then started to coordinate with other guides to ensure we get a good view of Mt Fuji, since we were traveling on a cloudy day. Then he adjusted our tour slightly and took us to the monastery prior to Fuji to get a good view. Absolutely loved the tour and the entire experience. For tourists, with diet restrictions, i would highly recommend booking this tour, and inform the operator during your booking so that they match you with the correct tour guide.

Wonderful experience made possible with a wonderful tour guide - Our tour guide Tumen is great. There was a hiccup in the tour when Tumen had a different understanding of the journey. He was not aware that this tour is to go up to 5th station of Mount Fuji. It was lucky that my hubby found out earlier and Tumen quickly rectify it. Though 1+ hour was wasted, Tumen quickly caught up with the necessary attraction with very strict time management. He was very professional even though the tour turned out longer than expected (instead of 10 hours, it was 12 hours). Well Done, Tumen. My kids had all the thumbs up for you. Thank you for the fun.

Driver was not a guide,... - Driver was not a guide, simply drove us from stop to stop. Stunning views of Mt Fuji from a number of places.

Fuji great, guide was OK - Mt fuji was amazing! Guide didn't talk much & didn't tell us much about what we were doing. More conversation and history would've made it a better experience.

Taxi driver - Be aware that you are purely hiring a car with a non Japanese driver who’s English is limited and only drives you around and show him pictures of where you want to go. Absolutely do not expect a tour guide and some one that actually knows the history or any interesting facts about the country.
