- Each tour option (Mt. Fuji or Hakone) is structured as a 10-hour experience.
- The 10 hours encompass pick-up to drop-off.
- If the planned itinerary is completed before 10 hours, the tour is deemed successfully fulfilled.
- If the 10-hour duration is reached before visiting all stops, the tour is also considered complete.
- Any Negative Review regarding unexpected Bad Weather will Not be Accepted.
- Overtime charge 5000Â¥ per extra hour after 10 hours Hotel to Hotel Time

Happy Costumers! - Shehzad was a fantastic guide. In the morning we made a plan to do Hakone. We started with the suspension bridge which the kids loved including the petting shop on the far side. Before leaving the suspension bridge the wind and fog had closed the ferry and rope way in Hakone. He called ahead so knew we needed to pivot the day to Mt. Fuji which was a great call. We arrived on the other side of the mountain to full sunshine and beautiful views of the mountain. He knew all the great photo spots and was our own personal paparazzi. He took us to the best ice cream, a hidden gem in the hills, and then to ramen for lunch. It was a seamless day for six of us ranging in age from 8 to 72. Picked us up at the hotel and brought us back.
Recommend 10/10 to book if you are looking for a day trip out of the Tokyo to see some of the natural beauty of Japan.

Beautiful day in Fiji area and Hakone - Saim touched base with us ahead of our tour, was right on time, was very accommodating and adjusted the plan according to what we most wanted to visit. He found us a lovely spot for lunch. He waited patiently for us as we visited different sites and the car was always cool when we arrived (a big plus on these very hot days!) We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tokyo. It is a great way to get out of the city and see the beauty of the surrounding countryside. Thank you for a perfect day, Saim!

Excellent day tour. Highly recommend - The trip itinerary covered everything and we as a family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed it. It was super convenient and our guide/driver Mr Ali and was very helpful throughout giving us the right information and taking us to the right places. We had a very good view of Mt. fuji too. All in all it was a great experience and day very well spent in Japan

Great service! - Hakone is a lovely town to visit. Our driver, Ali, was very professional and helpful. He was an efficient communicator, and both him and the company were very flexible in accommodating our needs to ensure we had an amazing experience!

Relaxing tour of Mt Fuji area - We had a great day out in the Mt Fuji area. Although Mt Fuji was not visible due to cloud cover 🥹 we enjoyed the scenery and other wonderful sights the area provided. Our driver Saim (+ 8 languages) was well versed with the region and was very flexible with the places we choose and time frames at each place. The car used was new, clean and spacious.

It was a great experience... - It was a great experience the tour guides were very helpful, gracious, and patient with our group and we had the experience of a lifetime. The pirate boat was especially great. 10/10 would recommend and do it again.

Great way to see Mt. Fuji, highlight of Japan - Had a great day with Sunny. It was a bit overcast, but we went straight to station 5 to get a view on Mt Fuji and a nice little walk towards the trailhead. Additionally we saw an impressive temple, and scenic views on the ropeway. Sunny was always making sure we can enjoy our trip. Highly recommend.

Fantastic day trip - We booked this trip on our 19 days vacation to Japan. Our guide Saim took us to Hakone and made some nice stops on the way. Unfortunately we weren’t able to see Mt. Fuji due to the weather conditions, but thanks to Saim the day turned out to be a fantastic experience. A must book!

Enjoyable Day - We had a wonderful day. Hasan was punctual and friendly. He asked what we wanted to see and we asked his advice and he recommended a tour which sounded wonderful and indeed was. He gave us instructions as to what to do and where to meet him at the Hakone ropeway and Lake Ashi. He guided us around the beautiful little village we went to and was very attentive. We had a spectacular day full of memories..
