A review from 2024-06-01 captures the essence of this journey:
Great tour - Adi showed us the region south of Agadir. Picturesque towns, beautiful rivers. We were even able to see flamingos in the wild. I particularly liked the focus on the culture of the region and less on typical souvenir shops. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to find out more about the country and its people outside of the big city.
Echoes of History: Tiznit’s Silver Lining
As the sun reaches its zenith, casting long shadows over the ancient medina, Tiznit reveals its silver heart. Known for its exquisite silver jewelry, the town is a treasure trove of craftsmanship and history. The Little Sahara Excursion offers a glimpse into this world, with a visit to the bustling silver market where artisans craft intricate designs that have been passed down through generations.
Wander through the narrow streets of the medina, where every corner holds a story waiting to be discovered. The walls, weathered by time, stand as silent witnesses to the town’s rich history. As you explore, the scent of spices and the sound of haggling merchants fill the air, creating a sensory tapestry that is uniquely Moroccan.

5 experience that you will never forget. - Adi was an amazing guide (and Moo moo at the camp). They provided us with so much information and tailored the tour to the 3 generations we were travelling with. The overnight in the desert was more than we could have ever asked for. The camp is beautiful, everything you need. The food was 5 and the entertainment from sunset and sunrise walks, star gazing, camp fire and dancing and singing was so much fun. It is a tour we will never forget, making memories that will last a lifetime.
The Dance of Light and Shadow: A Tiznit Sunset
As the day draws to a close, the sky over Tiznit transforms into a canvas of colors, with hues of orange and pink painting the horizon. The Little Sahara Excursion continues into the evening, offering a chance to witness this breathtaking spectacle from the sand dunes.
The desert, bathed in the soft glow of the setting sun, becomes a place of reflection and tranquility. Here, amidst the shifting sands, time seems to stand still. The gentle breeze carries the scent of the desert, a reminder of the day’s adventures and the stories yet to be told.
As you sit atop a dune, watching the sun dip below the horizon, the world feels both vast and intimate. It’s a moment of connection—to the land, to the past, and to the stories that have shaped this place. In Tiznit, the dance of light and shadow is a reminder of the beauty that lies in the spaces between, waiting to be discovered by those who dare to wander.
