- Our Lady of the Rocks - According to legend, Our Lady of the Rocks is an islet created over centuries by local seamen who honored an ancient vow after discovering the icon of Madonna and Child on a rock in the sea on July 22, 1452. After each successful voyage, they placed a rock in the Bay, and over time, the islet emerged from the sea. The tradition of throwing rocks into the sea continues today. Every year at sunset on July 22, an event called fašinada in the local dialect occurs, where residents take boats and throw rocks into the sea, expanding the island’s surface.
- Blue Grotto - Known as a natural jewel of the Mediterranean, the Blue Grotto is one of the largest caves on this peninsula, formed at the base of 30-meter-high cliffs by thousands of years of sea waves crashing against the porous rocks of Lustica.
The cave features two openings: a smaller one on the south side and a larger one, 3 meters high and 15 meters wide, on the southwest side. The larger opening allows barges and smaller ships to enter, offering tourists a chance to experience the stunning light display in the waters of the Blue Cave. This natural chamber, with a vault 9 meters above sea level, provides a unique setting for one of nature’s wonders that will leave visitors in awe.
- Dobrec Beach - Dobrec Beach (Dobreč plaža) is a charming 70-meter-long gravel beach located in a bay. It is ideal for those seeking privacy, as it is accessible only by boat or sea taxi, ensuring it remains uncrowded. In addition to its beauty and seclusion, the beach offers amenities such as sun loungers, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, restrooms, a pier, cafes, and a sea rescue service.
- Bay of Kotor - Near the small village of Rose, there are three remarkable Submarine Tunnels constructed by the Yugoslav Army. The exterior of the openings is camouflaged with fake rocks to avoid detection by satellites or spy planes. One tunnel leads towards the open sea and Mamula island, while the other two head approximately 1-2 km towards Tivat. Several abandoned Yugoslav Navy ships can also be found nearby. All tunnels are dead ends, so swimming through is not possible, but visitors can swim to the end and back. Walking alongside and exploring independently is also an option. It is quite dark at the end, so a flashlight is recommended. Additional walking tunnels branch off from the main submarine tunnel. Visitors can explore the secret tunnels, enjoy a swim, or for the adventurous, dive from the top of the cave into the sea.
