A great family tour with friends - I took this tour with my grandson, my best friend and her son. The tour with Jennifer, Savannah, and Bryce was outstanding. They were very friendly, Jennifer introduced herself and told us about her experience with the tour. Savannah ensured that my grandson and I didn’t drift away lol. He got tired paddling on the way out. She stayed with us and made sure we made it out to the group. Bryce gave us instructions on what to do while we were in a kayak. He even kept us entertained while he gave us a thorough briefing on what to expect. That really helped me navigate since when we got going we were drifting off in the wrong direction. I was able to turn the kayak around to get back on track. I would definitely do this again, and the tour was worth every dime spent! Thanks to all! v/r Michelle Richardson

Super fun and informative tour - Easy directions and instructions for arrival. Timely start and super informative experience! Sunny and Bob were the perfect blend of knowledgeable and fun to keep this entire tour interesting. They spent a lot of time and attention to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The bioluminescence was gorgeous and breathtaking to experience, with visits from plenty of dolphins and jellyfish along the way. We are so thankful for Sunny and Bob truly ensuring we had a special experience!! Definitely would go on another adventure with them.

Bioluminescence tour - Bob and Mike were wonderful guides and we had a great time on this tour. Kayaking in the quiet waters at night was such a cool experience. I had reservations about going as I had read some reviews that weren’t positive but they were nothing but professional and organized, and we had a great time. We paddled about 20 minutes to a little island and got out and that’s where we experienced the bioluminescence. It wasn’t as intense as the pictures I had seen, but just running our hands through the water and having it light up around us, that was just a very memorable experience. Very glad that we went on this tour. Wonderful memories and thank you.

Epic fail on a Bioluminescent Tour - I have been on this tour multiple times and this was an awful experience on 9/1. Epic should have informed those signed up for the tour that there was no blue bioluminescence presence in the lagoon this week. We saw reviews day of our tour that stated this so they were aware of bad conditions. In this case they could have offered a discounted night paddle or a refund. Instead, they made all participants wait until 11:15pm to launch for a 10:30pm tour that arrival time was 10 and took us to an island across the way and told everyone to just get in water and try to see it. They had combined two tours so there were over 20 people getting in and out of kayaks, so the guides just took everyone back to the launch after the island. Some guides were rude throughout the tour and many guests were upset with their attitude and the lack of anything to see. The tour was done by 12:30. So $80+ each person got you an unorganized 1 hour and 15 min paddle of people constantly turning on lights and camera flashes that disrupted and kind of night paddle experience, guides that had no patience, no instruction for new paddlers, and most importantly no bioluminescence—which is what everyone paid to see. Ive had great experience with this tour in the past and incredible bioluminescence sightings but I will no longer do this tour with Epic.
