Unmissable - Really great tour and the guide Henri was excellent. The lake was stunning and Kruja was a great little place with a lot of history.

Lake Bovilla and Kruja - Ana and Nolan are great guides! I had a great day with them! A nice connection! I felt like I'd known them forever. The landscapes were beautiful and their explanations valuable. They did everything to make the day go perfectly! Lake bovilla is splendid. Kruja is a city full of history and very cute. I recommend!!!

Excellent service and Excellent Trip - The tour and our tour guide (Nolan) was superb. Excellent service from the moment we were picked up from our hotel through to being dropped back off. Nolan our guide was very knowledgeable and also gave us many tips and recommendations for the rest of our time that we will spend in Tirana. Highly recommend , truly 5 star. Thank you !

The Trip with the essentials of Albanian history! - We had an 8 hrs trip with Nolan who had a lot of knowledge about Albanian’s history and was a really good storyteller. We can really recommend the trip - also a nice time of the year to travel around.

Top excursion. - Very nice excursion in the presence of Tony. We went on our family outing with our 1 and 3 year old children. Everything went well, car suitable to put our strollers. Tony is very friendly, gives good advice, has rich language skills. We recommend this excursion.

Really nice and educative trip with great guide - The trip was really amazing! Even though we had a car we wouldn’t be able to fit trip to both places within one day since it was not fit for offroad. Trip with Nolan was not only really efficient but also educative since Nolan was really friendly and could answer our questions regarding culture and history of both places we visited. His english was also really good. Trip was also nicely paced, we didn’t have to rush anywhere but we still managed to finish it nicely so we had also spare time when we returned back to Tirana I can only recommend, both lake Boville and Kruje were beautiful and with this bundle you can see both in one day.

Perfect trip at the end of our vacation in Albania. - We really enjoyed the whole trip! Our guide Nolan was a nice guy. He was on time and his English was really god. Also respect to his car skills. It was quick,and save given the difficulty of the road. His knowledge of Albania history was also great.

Worse trip ever - It was the worst day trip ever. Do not book a trip with Albanian travel and tours agency. They are amateurs and I wasted 2 days with and I only received part refund. The first day to Albanian Alps and theth started late. The driver arrived after one hour late, the first part of the itinerary was skipped because of late start. Then car broke down and it took it a while to be fixed. Then the hike took a hour and a half and when we arrived to blue eye we were pushed to go to the restaurant and eat so we had only 10 minutes to swim and enjoy the water. When we went to the restaurant, the food was on the table for over an hour. It was cold and a million flies on the food. The pieces of meat were like the leftover that you give your dog. When we asked for a fresh and better food we were shouted at, and when we insisted they took it anway and within 5 minutes they put it on a new dishes and presented to us again. They didn’t care when we refused it and we were denied having water. That day we reached home at 2300, late, hungry and extremely disappointed. Don’t do our mistake and book your trip with the Albanian travel and tour company. The other day was supposed to be to Bovilla and kruja with the same travel agency and they promised us that we will be compensated but before a arrival to Bovilla the car (another car) broke down again and this time they were unable to fix. So we asked to be taken back to our hotel instead of waiting for hours for another company car to continue with the trip . Despite not achieving half way we were only offered 10% refund. I wasted 2 day of my holiday because i booked it with Albanian travel company. So think twice before booking with them. They have very old cars which are uncomfortable, they don’t follow their itinerary and they are unprofessional when it comes to refund.
