Excellent experience! - Dan's tour was excellent! He showed us a sight of Timisoara that we couldn't have seen ourselves concerning architecture, history and politics of Timisoara and Romania in general. He was very enthusiastic and his English was perfect. I'd highly recommend his tour.

A One-Day Trip to Timișoara - Timișoara is a city located in Romania, in the Bačka region. The city has three large squares, and if the weather is nice, it makes for a very pleasant walk. In my honest opinion, spending a day in this place is enough to see everything. We traveled on a day trip without an overnight stay. We managed to visit all three squares. In a large shopping mall, we also had the opportunity to see the Van Gogh exhibition. In the third square from the main center, there is a dilapidated building that houses a museum with exhibits representing the turbulent history of Romania and Timișoara itself. The city has a large number of nice restaurants, but we recommend eating in the shopping mall due to the wide variety of restaurants and fast-food places. As for pastry shops in the city, they are all very nice and worth visiting to try a few desserts. All in all, it’s a beautiful and peaceful city with enough attractions for a one-day trip.

Great driving! - Given that the city is beautiful, Dan was able to guide the group I was part of to discover some hidden sides of Timisoara. Prepared, available and always with the joke ready! I highly recommend!

Best tour of Timișoara I've ever experienced - We weren't sure if we had time for the tour, knowing we were only passing through Timișoara, so we had just a few hours. The tour guide understood exactly our demands. The tour had a wonderful fluidity, the transitions between historical events and different time periods were flawless and very subtle. The tour guide was charming, jokes were sprinkled at every stop. I really enjoyed this tour and highly recomend it. I would definetly go again for a longer tour. If you are visiting Timișoara this tour is a must.

A story that revived the old generations - Very good! I felt the old wooden streets coming to life and all the people that walked to that streets walking with us too. It was like a story, very well conected and easy to understand the events with the locations! I hope I will come back as soon as possible!

Great History experience - I had the pleasure of joining a guided tour in Timișoara led by an exceptional historian who truly brought the city's past to life. His chronological approach made it easy to follow the evolution of events, while his modern storytelling style—infused with just the right amount of humor—kept everyone engaged from start to finish. The balance between historical accuracy and captivating delivery was perfect, making the experience both educational and entertaining. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Timișoara in an insightful and fresh way!

Very Educational and Fun with Knowledgeable Guide - By coincidence, the group tour consisted of just me and your guide Roberta. Starting in the morning fog, Roberta was very personable and extremely knowledgeable of the city and region. She was well- prepared with visual aids and engaging. I learned a lot about Timisoara and its historical significance, as well as some local color and flavor. Extremely happy with experience, as sun burned off fog and a beautiful warm autumn morning to have fun and learn.

An amazing tour of Timisoara - Ludovic was a knowledgeable, funny, and engaging tour guide. It was my partner’s first time in Timisoara and he was left in awe of the city’s rich history and architecture. Ludovic was able to answer every question my partner and I asked and more! Ludovic also provided recommendations for tours of other Romanian cities. This is my family’s third time organizing a personal tour of Timisoara and I recommend it to natives as much as I do to tourists!
