Experience a scenic self-guided bike ride along the Great Ocean Road, utilizing dedicated bicycle and rail trails. This tranquil journey will lead you through beautiful countryside, past dairy cows grazing in fields, and across the historic Timboon Trestle Bridge at Curdie’s River. These delightful country trails are peaceful, ensuring a ride free from traffic and the need to navigate around other cyclists, pedestrians, dogs, and children.

The newly established 12 Apostles Bicycle Trail winds from Port Campbell on the Great Ocean Road to Timboon, Victoria, covering approximately 20km one way. This trail also links to the Camperdown to Timboon Rail Trail in Timboon, extending to Naroghid, near Camperdown, Victoria, for about 30km one way.

Child/toddler seats, children’s bicycles, and children’s tow-along trailers are available. The child seat is suitable for children aged 9 months to 3 years and includes a helmet, with a maximum weight of 22 kg. A kids’ tagalong trailer is available for two children, suitable for ages 3 to 9 years, with helmets provided.
