- Is There a Weight Limit for the Kayaks? Our weight limit is no more than 250 pounds per person and no more than 400 pounds per 2 people that are in the same kayak. All of our kayaks are tandem. Please let us know while making your booking if this may be an issue.
- All Illuminated Night Tours I understand that I am required to wear a life jacket for the duration of the tour. Life jackets are provided for each guest. I will stay within 50 feet of the tour guide at all times. I am aware that the illuminated night tours is a night time adventure, which takes place in complete darkness and may include surprise visits from wildlife. I agree that everyone in my party is at least 12 years of age. Children under age 12 are not permitted on the illuminated night tours. I understand that I am responsible for any teen that is paddling with me.
- What Should I Bring On My Kayak Tour? We encourage you to bring the following: Water Swimsuit/clothes that you don’t mind getting a little wet The paddles will drip a little bit of water into the boat so a change of clothes may be necessary afterwards, bug spray Please apply prior to entering the boat and allow it to dry as best as possible Shoes that can get wet/sandals (we do not allow these to be worn in the boat as they may scratch the kayaks) Towel for after the trip.
- When do i arrive? We are on a strict schedule, please arrive 30 minutes early to give time to check in when you arrive and attend the safety briefing. If you are late you will have less time on the water. If your party does not arrive for the tour within 10 minutes of the tour start time, you forfeit the entire cost of the tour.

Nice time - Mark was a great guide. We went at 9:00 in February so we dressed for cooler weather which worked fine. Saw manatees, stingrays, pelicans diving for food, fish, and many birds.

Glow Gliding - Very calming waters tonight, peaceful and enjoyable experience. The mangrove tunnels and the secrets only found at night made this excursion the best on our vacation. Had a little friend try to ride home with us too.

Amazing Experience Highly Recommend to All !!! - Amazing experience and the Tour Guides/Owners were awesome. They took time to explain very interesting components of the natural preserves and showed how much they really care about making the experience top notch for all who come out. Highly recommend this to anyone and everyone!!!

Highly recommend! - What an incredible experience! I love being on the water, and doing it at night with the clear canoes lit up was another level. Getting a group of friends together to do this again very soon!

Great time!!! - We had a fabulous time! Such a cool experience being so close to wildlife. The see through kayaks are definitely neat! I’d recommend this for sure if you’re in the area. Great priced and the staff was awesome! Lots of fun!!!

Magical Mangroves - I’ve taken mini adventures with Mark and See through adventures. The night on lighted see-through canoes was one of my favorite trips. Being on the water at night with a soft glow of the light was very peaceful. In the shallow areas, it was so cool to see fish dart under us. Paddling through the mangroves was magical. It felt like we were paddling through an enchanted Forest. Highly recommend this experience! I’m looking forward to doing this again soon.

Date night fun - Took my girlfriend on this trip for date night and it was really cool to kayak at night in the see through kayaks we got to explore mangrove tunnels and seen lots of fish we were even given fish food to feed the fish i would definitely recommend this tour lots of fun guides were very knowledgeable

MUST EXPERIENCE! - My daughter and I always do a day of kayaking with see through canoes when we are in the area. This year we decided to mix it up and try the glow in the dark night experience. Let me say- this experience did not disappoint!
I would highly recommend the next time you are in the Tampa/St Pete area.

Cool wildlife, no manatee today - My boyfriend and I did the manatee clear kayak excursion. The instructions were very clear and both instructors were very professional and guided us on how to correctly get in the kayak. Being in a clear kayak is definitely a different experience, it was so much fun being able to see the algae and the fishes swim by. Shawna was a fantastic guide, she has such a wealth of knowledge of the wildlife around us! She kept pointing out different animals and gave us lots of fun facts. She was able to expand on the conversation and make it light hearted and fun while learning about each of our backgrounds. Unfortunately, we were unable to see any manatees during our tour as it seems that they have moved from their usual spot. Definitely giving props to Shawna tho, we paddle a couple places to try to locate them. Tip: call ahead and ask them what is the best season to go as they had mentioned due to red tide it could have affected the manatee's usual spots.
