The Huangyaguan Great Wall was originally built during the Northern Qi Dynasty (550-557) and was later restored by General Qi Jiguang in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). This section of the Great Wall stretches 42 kilometers, featuring 52 watchtowers and 14 beacon towers. It was restored between 1984-1986 and opened to the public in 1987, with 20 watchtowers restored over a 3-kilometer stretch.
