Su . It was fun and everything was so ease , Just take your trekking gears with you , cause the trekking had muddy points and slippery roads too.

A top - A must! Impeccable organization, an unforgettable experience. Warning: the second day trekking is not easy, tired legs or knee bp abstain. Possibility to be dropped off at a village on the taxi ride (200,000 vnd or about 7 euros) and then join the group. The SU guide accompanied us with her smile and energy. The room with incredible homesray , with large bay window on the rice fields.

Ta Van Sapa - This was a fabulous experience. Be prepared, depending on the weather, for less than ideal hiking conditions. The landscape views are breathtaking and the home stay in the community offers insight to their way of life.

Bad experience - We booked a 2 GG and 1 night tour with them through a Hanoi agency and the experience turned out to be bad! Worst of our 20 GGs in Vietnam. I detail all the points premised that the guide that followed us was prepared and competent, so nothing to say about her. The problem was that it was not respected what was sold to us and the bad Processing in the homestay that did not allow us to live the experience as it should have been. 1) The trekking scheduled in the morning ended at 11.30 instead of 12.30 so it lasted less than expected we did not understand why. (Interesting stories from our guide) 2) we had chosen to stay in Homestay (paid like a hotel) for an authentic experience but so it is not ststo. They took us to the Sapa May homestay and the owners literally ignored us (us and the rest of the group present!). We had lunch and dinner alone without even knowing the owners who passed in the room without ever looking at us or smiling at us. When we got there, they didn't even show up. The only time they called us was to pay for drinks. I've never met such rude people in all our lives other than the fact that obviously there was no point in staying with them 4) there had to be a local guide in the afternoon for the village instead we were left in the homestay alone, the morning guide left to make the trek to two other people who arrived in the afternoon and who joined us in the evening, and we toured the village by ourselves 5) at 4 pm there was supposed to be the cooking class instead started at 6 pm and ended at 6.10 pm, we did not make spring rolls together we simply rolled them together, as already done in 100 Vietnamese restaurants! The rest was all set! By the way the worst food tasted in Vietnam 6) at 7pm we finished dinner and the guide gave us an appointment at 9.30am of the GG after when the trek was scheduled to start at 8.00am 7) after dinner there was absolutely nothing to do, the host family left us alone and according to them we had to sleep from 7.30pm to breakfast scheduled for 8.30am. Fortunately at 200 MT there was a Homestay worthy of the name where we tasted a great egg coffee and interacted with people, we chatted and played with them and we managed to spend a pleasant evening 8) the next day we had lunch in a typical restaurant. In other excursions of this type we were made to taste the typical dishes of the area, in the restaurant where they brought us the choice was 1 plate of rice or noodles with or chicken or beef! Stop!!!! I would add that 2 people have even changed homestay for the disappointment of the experience. So if they offer you their tours avoid and look for something else if you do not want to be extremely disappointed like us!

the worst experience of our Vietnam tour - We booked a 2-day, 1-night tour with them through an agency in Hanoi, and the experience turned out to be terrible! The worst of our 20 days in Vietnam. All the details: 1) The morning trek ended at 11:30 instead of 12:30, so it lasted very little. 2) We had chosen to stay in a homestay (paid for like a hotel) for an authentic experience, but that wasn't the case. They took us to Sapa May Homestay, and the owners literally ignored us (and the rest of our group!). We ate lunch and dinner alone, without even knowing the owners, who passed by the dining room without ever looking at us or smiling. When we arrived, they didn't even introduce themselves. The only time they called us was to pay for drinks. We've never met such rude people in our entire lives. 4) There was supposed to be a guide for the village in the afternoon, but we were left alone in the homestay. The guide left to let two other people who were arriving in the afternoon trek, and we toured the village on our own. 5) The cooking class was supposed to be at 4 PM, but it started at 6 PM and ended at 6:10 PM. We didn't make the spring rolls together, we simply rolled them together, like we've done in 100 Vietnamese restaurants! Everything else was ready! By the way, it was the worst food I've ever tasted in Vietnam. 6) We finished dinner at 7 PM, and the guide told us to meet up at 9:30 AM on the following day, when the trek was supposed to start at 8:00 AM. 7) After dinner, there was absolutely nothing to do. The host family left us alone, and according to them, we were supposed to sleep from 7:30 PM until breakfast, scheduled for 8:30 AM. Luckily, 200 meters away, there was a homestay worthy of the name, where we enjoyed excellent egg coffee and interacted with the locals. We chatted and played with them, and we managed to spend a pleasant evening. 8) The next day, we had lunch at a traditional restaurant. On other excursions of this type, they've let us try typical local dishes; at the restaurant where they took us, the choice was only one dish: rice or noodles with either chicken or beef! Stop! I'm attaching a photo of the booked tour. I should add that two people even changed homestays due to the disappointment of the experience. So if they offer their tours, avoid them and look for something else unless you want to be extremely disappointed like we were!

The WORST experience of our 20 days in Vietnam - We booked a 2-day, 1-night Sapa tour with a homestay through a Hanoi travel agency, and it was an expensive and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING experience! (Unfortunately, we had little time to organize it ourselves.) The worst experience of our entire 20-day trip to Vietnam! Details: 1) The morning trek ended at 11:30 instead of 12:30, so it lasted very little. 2) We had chosen the homestay Sapa Maya Homestay (paid for like a hotel) for an authentic experience, and the owners literally ignored us (us and the rest of our group!), not even greeting us upon our arrival. We ate lunch and dinner alone, without even knowing the owners, who passed by the dining room without ever looking at us or smiling. The only time they called us was to pay for drinks. 3) The guide was supposed to be there for the village in the afternoon, but instead we were left alone in the homestay. The guide left to let two other people who were arriving in the afternoon go trekking, and we wandered around the village alone, without understanding the local customs and habits. 4) The cooking class was supposed to take place from 4 to 6 PM, but it started at 6 PM and ended at 6:10 PM. We simply rolled up three spring rolls each, as we've done 100 times in every restaurant in Vietnam. It was also the worst food I've ever tasted in all of Vietnam. 5) We finished dinner at 7 PM, and the guide told us to meet up again at 9:30 AM on the following day, when the trek was supposed to start at 8:00 AM. 6) After dinner, there was absolutely nothing to do. The host family left us alone, and according to them, we were supposed to sleep from 7:30 PM until breakfast, scheduled for 8:30 AM. On other excursions of this type, they've let us try typical local dishes. At the restaurant where they took us, the choice was one dish of rice or noodles with either chicken or beef! Stop! I should add that two people even changed their homestay because of the disappointment. I attach the photo of the booked tour so you can understand So if agencies or hotels recommend this tour operator, don't trust them. Don't buy their packages online. You'll have a bad experience and a ruined vacation!
