07:30 – 08:30 The tour guide and bus will collect guests from their hotel in Hanoi’s old quarter.

Follow the cruise schedule; enjoy lunch on board. In the afternoon, visit: Pearl Farm of Halong Bay; Titov Island and beach with a panoramic viewing tower of Halong Bay on top; participate in a cooking class with the chef; kayak to explore Halong Bay.

12:30 Return to Hanoi by shuttle bus.

Old Quarter - At 18:00: Meet at the hotel lobby & begin the walking tour in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

Hanoi Food Tour: The main stops are at the most Only-One-Dish-famous shops or restaurants owned by families who have been crafting certain renowned traditional dishes in Hanoi for years. These famous dishes of Hanoi’s culinary experience will be presented one after the other during the walking tour in this Hanoi National Heritage area. The experience will not only introduce the real local Hanoi dishes but also the special way of enjoying them as part of the daily culinary life in Hanoi!
