• Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple - We will see only exteriors of this temple. Through walking, we will see the temple pond, tower and front gate.
• Kuthiramalika Palace Museum - This is one of the royal palaces near Padmanabha swami temple, built for Swathi Thirunal Maharaja and now opened for visitors as a museum. Please note all visitors must remove the footwears to enter the palace. Photography is restricted by a fee.
• Napier Museum - One of the finest buildings in Trivandrum city, built for the museum in 1880’s. Displays a variety of artifacts from historical and cultural heritage.
• Shri Chitra Art Gallery - This art gallery displays a good collection of paintings from the famous painter Raja Ravi varma and copies of temple murals from various templs of Kerala
• Connemara Market - This is a very busy market in the city centre where loads of fresh vegetables, bananas, fresh fish and meat are sold and is the main source of the locals to do their shopping.
