Explore the renowned villages of Santorini—Oia, Imerovigli, and Pyrgos—on a leisurely, small-group tour crafted specifically for cruise ship visitors. Guided by an experienced local expert and capped at 16 participants, this tour offers a more intimate and interactive experience. Journey in a cozy, air-conditioned minibus and benefit from the option of morning or afternoon departures, allowing you to customize your sightseeing to fit your cruise itinerary or desired pace of the day.
- This excursion involves total walking for more than two hours on cobbled streets and uneven ground. We recommend you wear comfortable non-slip walking shoes and protect yourself from the sun. In addition to the extensive amount of walking on this tour, there is a 10-minute walk from the bus parking area in Oia.
- At the end of the tour in Fira, guests must be able to walk 0.5 mile in town to reach the cable car station. Long waiting and queuing time are expected to enter the cable car station during peak season.
- After booking, our team will reach out to you to provide further details to coordinate your arrival.
- What to Bring: passport or ID card, sunscreen, cash or credit card
- What to Wear: hat, sunglasses and comfortable walking shoes
- Tour sequence may vary
- Cable car ticket is not included.
- Santorini is a tender port. There are 2 ports in Santorini, Fira Old Port (where the cable car is, which takes you to Fira town) and Athinios (ferry and commercial pier). Please make sure to take the right tender and disembark to Fira Old port and not Athinios, as you’ll will need to take the cable car to join the tour (cable car ride is couple of minutes).
- Give yourself enough waiting time as you might encounter long lines to enter the cable car.
- For morning departure: After embarking on your cruise ship, we suggest asking the cruise ship Guest Relation Officers for more details on how to have a priority disembarkation to be able to join the tour at 9:30.
- Afternoon departure is ideal for guests whose cruise arrives in the morning or early afternoon and departs at 21:00 or later — perfect for those who prefer a relaxed morning before exploring Santorini.
- This intimate small-group tour offers a relaxed and scenic introduction to Santorini. With a max of 16 participants, you’ll enjoy a more personal experience than large bus tours.
