Surreal Experience at the Gates of History (or the Hot Gates) - The experience was incredible and honestly surreal. The museum admission was very affordable, and the trip itself was exactly the right length. The atmosphere there was amazing — you could really feel the history around you. My guide made it even better with how knowledgeable he was about Thermopylae and Greek history overall, while also being super friendly and accommodating. I’d absolutely do the trip again with him and the company, and I’d easily recommend it to others.

Brilliant Thermopyle battle site tour. - A great experience for those interested on military history. There were two of us in the group and th driver engaged with us sharing his knowledge about Thermopyle and the battles that preceded and followed it. He also described points of interest along the way. The museum is small and fee, which wasn't included was 3 Euros, so no issue, but have the correct amount ready. The lunch stop was a great spot, with amazing views of the Aegean and nearby islands. Excellent for enthusiasts.

Don’t hesitate! - Highly recommend this adventure. The best part if a wonderful say was getting to know Nikos. Life in Greece came alive during our conversations on the ride. We never felt rushed and were able to really enjoy the day learning about the rich history of Greece.

Highly recommended Thermopylae tour with outstanding service - I had a fantastic experience on my tour to Thermopylae. Our driver/guide was very friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable, which made the trip both enjoyable and informative. He was also very punctual and professional, which made the entire day run smoothly. What I appreciated most was how attentive he was to our needs throughout the journey. He regularly checked in to see if we wanted to make extra stops, whether for photos, a quick break, or simply to take in the scenery. That level of flexibility made the tour feel relaxed and personalized rather than rushed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in visiting Thermopylae in a comfortable and well-organized way.

ΙΩΑΝΝΗΣ was the best - 5 out of 5. Most blessed are those that get ΙΩΑΝΝΗΣ as a driver. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Made several stops to see the real Athens and the battleground. Recommend.

Unforgettable trip! - The previous month, I and my friends visited Thermopylae. Our driver, Nikos, was very kind and helpful. He said us for the battle which took place in 480 BC. We learnt many historical events and how the Greeks managed to front the Persians.

Not worth the money, rather uninteresting, but no fault of the driver - It's difficult to review this fairly. Our driver was pleasant, friendly and helpful, and an excellent, safe driver. However, Thermopylae itself is not a good day out. The 'museum' has almost nothing in it bar a 3D film explaining the battle quite well - for an extra EU3 each! The two monuments are impressive, but other than that, there is nothing to see at the battlefield site. The hot springs 'spa' is just a hydrothermal spring and waterfall. As it was the middle of winter we did not bring our swimming gear, but there was plenty of time had we wanted to sit in the hot sulphurous water
