Panos was amazing. - Everyone warned me that traveling as a solo Mom with her son might be dangerous for a private tour. Wrong. Panos was great!! We arrived back at our hotel with both kidneys and not kidnapped. So in short, these guys are friendly and safe. Now back to the tour. Panos was great with explaining Meteora. It was a magical view. He stopped a few times. I suggest getting a snack when you stop because dinner is at the very end. Thermopulae was underwhelming but thats not the tour guides fault... and it was cool to see where a lot of 300 supposedly happened. Delphi was gorgeous. The hike to the top of the mountain was difficult but worth it. All in all, we got 12,000 steps that day. We saw so much. This tour was great for a history buff. The food at the end was excellent.

Spectacular views - This tour was truly a highlight of our trip to Greece! It was a long day starting at 6 am with a lot of time spent in the vehicle, but my family slept comfortably for many stretches. Marsel stocked the vehicle with plenty of cold water and bags of potato chips, and there were many stops along the way to get additional snacks if needed as well. The views from both Meteora and Delphi were spectacular, and the views on the ride between the two were amazing as well. We all enjoyed the Monastery of Varlaam and Delphi Archaeological museum. It was a nice touch to provide a fresh dinner including drinks at the end of the tour - the kids considered this one of their favorite meals of the whole trip.

Amazing full day tour outside of Athens - This tour was amazing. Our guide, Ted, offered so much information on the areas we were driving through and saw. Due to rain and hail, we needed to change our tour slightly but Ted made sure we had the best possible experience.

Meteora is very... - Meteora is very beautiful. Our driver and guide Marselo is very nice and very knowledgeable of the historical sites; he gave up a lot interesting information about Meteora and Delphi.

Awesome way to see Meteora and Delphi highlights! - Amazing trip!! Cristiano was a great driver and was on time for our early start and very understanding of our goals for the day! I really appreciated how flexible he was when we wanted to spend more or less time at a stop. He also volunteered to take pictures of us at scenic stops, which was greatly appreciated! I do wish we got a bit more history behind each place we visited, but the listing was clear that they are not tour guides and we loved chatting and laughing with Cristiano all day! Meteora was a highlight and we liked Delphi a lot more than we expected to! Definitely a long day, but it was great to get the highlights when you’re short on time. Cristiano was great at timing our visits to miss the major tour groups. The monasteries were starting to get busy as we left, and we arrived at Delphi just as many of groups were leaving. I definitely would recommend the trip with Cristiano!

Tour to Delphi and Metheora - We had a good experience. Our driver was attentive and informative. He gave us a good overview of each destination prior to us entering each point, since he was not allowed to conduct the tour inside. We visited multiple monasteries, Thermopole, Delphi, and were given many opportunities for taking photos.

A somewhat disappointing and poorly planned tour, but Meteora was breathtaking - Meteora was the highlight of this tour. Delphi was interesting, but there isn't much left there to look at. The other stops were cool (like where the battle of the 300 took place), but there is nothing left there but a regular hill. We were in a horrible and dirty Mercedes Vito Tourer minivan that looked like its good days were many years ago. The seats were rock hard and did not recline at all from their default, almost 90-degree position. Considering we spent almost 8 hours in that van, I had to take painkillers to survive the tour as my back was hurting badly (and I do not have any major back issues). Everyone in my family came away with back and neck pain from this horrible van (for which I initially paid Euro 200 "upgrade" fee, but it was refunded after I complained). Also, be aware that this tour 14-hour tour does NOT include a lunch stop in the itinerary, so we had almost nothing to eat from 6AM to 7PM. Who plans 14-hour tours without a stop for lunch? It is mind-blowing. Finally, our driver Ozzy was very nice and an excellent driver, but a terrible tour guide. We got very little information from Ozzy, and he spoke quietly, so only the people in the seat right behind him could actually hear. At the end of the tour, they took us to dinner (which is included). While the grilled pork was inedible, the rest of the food was pretty good. So ... overall, a somewhat disappointing and poorly planned tour, but Meteora was breathtaking.
