Great! - Our tour was really fun! We had a small group… just 5 of us so it was easy and great to get to know the others touring the Rocks with us. Emily was……. AMAZING. she was not only fun and informative but so kind and conscientious. Loved having her to guide us around the Rocks. We really enjoy walking tours (like this one). They are such a great way to get our feet on the ground in a new city, get to know some of the history, and meet new people! We would definitely book again with Dave’s Tours.

Perfect “Chill but Interesting” Afternoon in Sydney - We were looking for something low-key to fill an afternoon—something more engaging than just sitting in a bar—and this tour ended up being the perfect choice. Exploring The Rocks through its historic pubs was a really unique way to experience a bit of Sydney’s layered history. The mix of storytelling, local context, and great stops along the way made it both entertaining and informative without ever feeling heavy. Our guide, Emily, was fantastic. Her enthusiasm—especially when it engaging everyone to enjoy our time together—was contagious and really added to the experience. She kept things fun, relaxed, and engaging the entire time. One unexpected highlight: one of the stops had a pizza featuring kangaroo and emu meat. While we didn't have time to order one during the tour, we were intrigued enough that we actually went back later that evening after a show at the Opera House to try it. If you’re looking for a casual, social, and slightly different way to explore Sydney, this tour is a great pick. Highly recommend.

Great fun! - What a great intro to some of the historical pubs of The Rocks! We booked this tour at the beginning of our stay so we would have time to go back and hit our favorites for dinner. Dave was an awesome host! We had so much fun!
