Highly recommended - I had done a negative customer service review (actually the Response was late) , I was very concerned about the negative reviews , but our passes worked great (4 passes for 3 days) ! Nor were the procedures for taking advantage of the entrances slow, often it was enough to scan the pass and redeem the ticket (as if we had bought a normal ticket but instead of paying we showed the pass). At the zoos it was written to call to book but we could not , we went directly to the ticket office (in the afternoon) and they immediately converted our ticket. You have to organize everything well even looking at the opening hours (some museums are open until 7pm on some days ) Some attractions were below our expectations so we stayed inside very little and moved to another Attraction that we had selected as an alternative (if we had not had the pass we would never have done it ) In 3 days we saw: bikes in central park, natural history museum, zoo central park, guggenheim, edge, one world observatory, circle line, moma, madame tusseaud, harlem tour, bronx zoo and top of the rock. in some cases we paid upgrades and supplements, but it was our choice. Highly recommended

Good but be careful - Very valid but be careful, some info reported are not correct as opening hours and Reservation possibilities, I happened that the edge gave it closed while it was open and the empire did not give me available places I went directly on site and through their totems I made the Reservation for the day and the time I wanted for the rest works

Worked ok and saved us £200+ in entry costs - better with museums than with timed slots attractions - The pass worked well and saved money. We had 4 x 7 attraction pass and it saved us over £200 in entry costs. We just turned up and presented the Pass at different attractions such as MoMA , Intrepid, Guggenheim, American Museum of Natural History and then got immediate entrance or a ticket for later in the day. Where it could improve - there are only a couple of attractions that can be booked in advance, such as Empire State, and you cannot book others such as Top of the Rock or One World Observatory which means that if you turn up on a busy day you have to visit the attraction, line up up just to book a ticket for several hours later that day. Additionally when I did try to book a timed ticket for Empire State Building on the website the dates did not work properly. I wanted to book 5th August and when I entered this date it then jumped forward 2 months to 5th October! So I didn't book this - but phoned the helpline number (which is not easy to locate!!) and spoke to a very helpful person who booked us in over the phone for the Empire State Building. Bear in mind if you do book in advance online for Empire State Building you can only book tickets to visit the main 86th viewing floor which is great - but if you want to book the extra visit to the 102nd floor you cannot do this when booking in advance via the Sightseeing Pass - you can pay extra for this when you arrive at Empire State Building IF they have slots available and sadly they did not have any free slots when we visited. Ultimately it works better with museums than it does with something where you want to book a timed slot in advance such as an observation deck visit. Overall though it worked ok and saved us money.

Absolutely not recommended! Get your historical passes so you don't have any nasty surprises. - We purchased 2 all-inclusive passes for 5 days and then organized the days according to distances and attractions to see. On the third day the passes no longer worked so we found ourselves having to spend hours on end with them on the phone, talking to different operators each time and having to explain the problem continuously. Disappointing customer service. They made us wait for hours in front of 2 attractions without any solution, they could not book them either because there were technical problems that they could not solve. When I called back, someone already saw the problem in the system, someone else made us repeat the same information over and over again. Long story short, they sent us to a thousand places to check if the pass was working and then told us that it is a problem they can not solve soon so we wasted the whole day without even being able to do anything else. I had to make 12 phone calls on the same day, the next day 2 more phone calls to make sure the pass was working PAID for 5 days but not used because of them. In addition, they refused to acknowledge in any way the lost day or at least add half an extra day of passes since the problem was theirs and not ours. So, a day of vacation literally lost, fools and useless lines (with a pass apparently no longer valid) and in addition we paid 5 days to have only 4. Ah... the explanation was: our terms and conditions say that if the problem is a force majeure event, there is no kind of refund or supplement because it was not directly up to us (this they say of course). If they have technical problems, you obviously pay. Rely on historical passes and not this one. For our bad experience, we have already had our 6 other friends cancel passes who have to come here by the end of the month.

Excellent in New York. Bad with the pass. - Reservations are complicated. The explanations provided by the app are not clear and incomplete. Unpleasant surprises like levies for so-called non-packages without any explanation. If we e-mail no response. They sell dreams. Not to be.

Disappointing Experience with the Sightseeing Pass New York - I used the Sightseeing Pass in August 2024 to visit New York City and, overall, I was satisfied with the 5-attraction pass I purchased for myself and my family. It allowed us to save on the entry fees to four skyscrapers that we were eager to visit. However, my first experience with the pass was far from pleasant, and I was disappointed with the customer service. I had booked the 5-hour luxury tour, advertised as one of the top attractions, well in advance. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found an old, slightly smelly bus that was not in great condition. The tour was supposed to include several stops around New York with explanations, but in reality, the only stop was at Chelsea, near the market. We were supposed to walk along the High Line, but the guide initially told us it was closed. When I insisted we check, as it appeared open, the guide responded that the previous day, some people had complained it was too long, so it was better to skip it and head directly to Chelsea Market. We rushed through the market without even stopping, heading straight for the Staten Island Ferry terminal. We could have made the 11:30 ferry, but the guide decided to make us wait at the terminal for the next ferry at 12:00. Once aboard, we barely had enough time to see the bay, with plans to return on the next ferry. When I asked what we would see next and how many stops we would make, the guide told me they weren’t sure and that we probably wouldn’t make any stops. At that point, my family, friends, and I decided to leave the tour entirely. It’s worth noting that the Staten Island Ferry is free, so we essentially lost a paid attraction just to be taken to the ferry on an old bus. I strongly recommend choosing a tour to Ellis Island instead of this one. Lastly, I submitted three refund or credit requests to Sightseeing Pass and never received a response. Next time, I’ll likely choose a different pass. Unfortunately, this was a negative experience.

Be careful if buying a pass - Brought a 5 day pass wanted to go to the met museum to do so you need to go to the sightseeing pass office on 8 avenue but it's not there any more. I've emailed a number of times to try and get tickets but never get a reply. I will now go back to my bank to reclaim my ticket money back as its just a scam. This company is very had to contact.

Serious disruption suffered by Sightseeing Pass in New York, last August 1st, with the NYC Guided Premium Bus. - This is the third time that i write about a serious disservice that i suffered by Sightseeing Pass in New York, together with my wife and my two friends. I had booked a Guided NYC Premium Bus for August 1st, at 9:30 am, meeting point in front of the Starbucks on 47th street and 8th avenue, booking 6B4VBXTX. Well, we waited in vain until 10:30 and no means of transport (bus, car, pick up or other) ever arrived to pick us up. I called the number indicated several times (+1 800 669 0051), but no one ever answered me. I even walked to the Sightseeing Pass location listed on the site (150 W 46th St., Suite 505 New York, NY 10036), but the lady who runs a place at 150W of 46th street replied that the Sightseeing Pass office was not there. Truly an absurd and disheartening experience, which demonstrated to me the lack of professionalism and seriousness of Sightseeing Pass. I hope that at least this time my report will not be ignored as happened on the morning of August 1st and 2st, when i wrote to Sightseeing Pass without receiving any response.

Poor customer service, uninterested when there are issues with their service - look elsewhere! - I’d recommend looking at other options if visiting New York. We had 2 x 6 attraction passes, but when we tried to use the last pass each, the app wouldn’t work, nor would the website. We emailed The Sightseeing Pass, but 48hrs later no response. Once we got home, they finally nailed back, but were not interested. Shame as we missed out on our last attraction, and took the shine off an otherwise lovely holiday.

Booking Referral of attractions not possible - We unfortunately discovered these many negative reviews too late and also ordered a Flex Pass for 2 people and 5 attractions. After the purchase, we realized that there is currently a bug in the reservation system that makes it impossible for us to book the attractions. Every Booking Referral for August is automatically postponed to October. That's very unsatisfactory. We have already contacted support through several channels, but have not yet received a response.
