Visit James Bond Island (Khao Ping Khan), famous for its distinctive rock - Phang Nga Bay is a famous Thai location for sea canoeing, where tours take you through stunning limestone cliffs to explore hidden caves, mangrove forests, and lagoons. Activities include navigating through caves at Panak Island or Hong Island, visiting the iconic James Bond Island, relaxing on beaches, and even experiencing natural bioluminescence in the water at night. Most tours include round-trip transfers from Phuket, lunch, and use of canoes or kayaks, with options available by big boat or speedboat.

Amazing - Amazing experience! Went on this James Bond Island tour today and would highly recommend. The day is not so long that it takes up your entire day but at the same time it's eventful and enjoyable. Out tour guide was Nikom who provided a great service and had a good sense of humour. We went into the Monkey Cave, canoe boat and the main James Bond Island along with some stop offs in-between. The lunch was great and included many vegetarian / vegan options. If you're considering this package, just book it as you will enjoy.

Great day out! - Visited 2 days ago and it was truly amazing!! Firstly the Tour guide Nikon was lovely, knowledgeable, helpful, polite and great fun. Great communication from the moment I booked this trip on booking.com. The bus arrived early to pick me up and then made a few more stops to pick up others. We were given bottled water and were fully informed about the day ahead. After picking up all of the group we headed off and stopped on the way for refreshments (not included)and using the bathroom. We then headed to the Monkey cave and temple. We were supplied with a sarong (if required) to enter the temple and warned not to feed the monkeys. It was a fabulous day full of excitement. This was a challenge for me and my friend being in our 60's but we really didn't need to worry as the whole group was super friendly. Enjoyed the longboat trip to the floating village. Nikon explained everything to us clearly and made the experience more fun. We enjoyed a great buffet lunch and had a little free time to browse the few stalls selling stuff. We headed back to the longboat and headed to another large anchored boat where we disembarked and then were transferred to our awaiting canoe. I am terrified of the water, especially if I can't see what's in there(due to a childhood trauma) and although no one knew about it, I was made to feel totally at ease and thoroughly enjoyed the experience going in and around the caves and rock formations. The only thing was, there was a small hole in the bottom of the canoe at the front, where a small amount of water was coming in, I tried to tell the guy who was paddling but he didn't understand us at all. But despite this the canoe didn't sink lol!! After this we boarded the longboat again for a 20 minute journey to James Bond Island. Unfortunately this very small island is ruined by tourists and the fact that it has a lot of stalls set up selling the same stuff, with pushy sellers and very overpriced goods!! Such a shame. Lovely place to go for photos with a view point for those extra special photos. A Shop where you can get refreshments and also male & female toilets. I had about an hour here and it was definitely an experience! I would thoroughly recommend this tour and Nikom. When I return next year I will put this trip on my list to revisit with my family!! Thoroughly enjoyable 😁

Fantastic day out! Best tour guide ever! - We had an amazing day from start to finish. Nikom our tour guide was 5 star! Provided loads of information and was great to chat to and ask questions. Picked up in an air conditioned van with other lovely tourists from all over the world. They provided drinking water and sarongs for the monkey temple if needed. We then travelled on a long boat to the islands. The long boat operator seemed very experienced and at all times we felt safe. We glided through the calm waters of Phang Nga Bay, it was beautiful. Lunch was also provided which included a buffet of Thai and some Indian food. It was delicious. 10 out of 10, highly recommend this trip.

Dishonest Tour Ooerator - We were 4 adults who went on the James Bond Island Tour on 02 March 2025 Two of us booked with Expedia and the other 2 booked directly with Thrilling Thai Tours and them 5100 THB on the day of the tour by cash On the day of the tour the boat broke down and instead of getting another boat to tug us to the nearest wharf they decided to bring another long tail boat and requested the passengers to jump over from one boat to the next which was a very dangerous and strenuous activity Because one of us found it difficult to jump from one boat to the next boat they left us in the broken down boat and the other boat boat went away with the other passengers There was no regard for health and safety by the Tour Operator We were left stranded on the wharf and had to wait for another boat As a result we were late for lunch which was part of the tour We complained to Expedia and was refunded 59% of what we paid them We complained to Thrilling Thai Tours about the booking we made with them and requested a refund of the 5100 THB we paid them After a number of exchanges of message they reluctantly agreed to refund 50 % of what we paid them As I did not receive the refund promised I contacted Mr Choo of Thrilling Thai Tour who kept saying the refund I received from Expedia was the refund of 50% of the 5100 THB which I paid to them Both Expedia and Get Your Guide clearly stated that they did not refund any of the 5100 THB I paid Thrilling Thai Tours I have exchanged over a hundred messages with Mr Choo and sent him copies of messages I received from Expedia and Get Your Guide saying they did not refund any of the 5100 THB I paid Mr Choo has still not refunded the money he promised to do I would stay clear of this company which has no regard for health and safety and are very dishonest in dealing with their customers Stay away from them
