• James Bond Island - This island features numerous houses built on stilts over the sea, with a small land area dedicated to a mosque and graveyards. The island’s residents are predominantly Muslim and have established their villages here. The island’s front is marked by a limestone cliff rising above the sea. The villagers primarily work as fishermen, but they also sell souvenirs and operate many restaurants on the island. It is one of the most renowned tourist destinations globally, attracting many visitors. Besides Tapu Island and Panyee Island, Phang Nga Bay offers many other attractions for tourists, such as Maju Mountain, grottoes, Panag Island, Hong Island, and Pingkan Island. However, the cruise around Tapu Island is subject to certain restrictions imposed by the government. Tourists are prohibited from getting too close to the island because the submerged part is ancient and has been eroded over time. This eroding rock could potentially cause accidents at any moment.
