It was amazing... - It was amazing celebrating my 58th birthday with my loved ones The staff is really nice very friendly. They give us 2 bottle of champagne and also had a nice surprise for me. Nothing but cakes for my birthday thank you everyone we have a lovely and amazing experience.

Amazing! - Me and my mom started the New Year in the best style, riding a balloon for the first time! What a dream! The crew was super nice, experienced and professional! At the end we even had bottomless mimosas to cheer the new year. 😆 We had THE BEST TIME! 200% recommend it!

Our pilot was absolutely... - Our pilot was absolutely incredible! They were so experienced and friendly, it made the whole flight feel like a breeze. The flight was incredibly smooth, and all my nerves melted away the moment we took off. It was an amazing experience!

Great experience! - The flight is very smooth. The flight around Temecula is beautiful . I was a little scared at first but you really never feel the rise of the balloon.

100/100 - Brian was an excellent captain. He made us feel safe and at ease from the start of our voyage to the end which included the smoothest hot air balloon landing ever witnessed and not to mention the mimosas were the icing on the cake. Brian was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas which made his commentary during the flight very informative and engaging. I give Brian and his crew a 100/100 and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you again guys.

One for the bucket list. - Hot air balloon ride with Cielo Ballon’s was amazing. Loved it! From beginning till end was enjoyable. Pilot and staff were professional, helpful and courteous. Will definitely go back to them, and take new fam members. And at the end of the ride they provided champagne, mimosas and cupcakes. Very thoughtful, thank you!

Thrilling and beautiful ride - The ride was so much fun and thrilling. The guys running the operation were very friendly and knew what they were doing. The landing took a lot of coordination and they pulled it off brilliantly. The only down side was that there was a lot of waiting around. I fully understand the time needed to set up and break down the balloon, and the need to make sure everyone used the bathrooms before going out. But, once we were loaded into the transportation van, we waited for a long time before heading out to the launch area. We were still able to catch the sunrise though. Overall a fantastic experience.
