Explore Petra, an ancient city - The connection between Tel Aviv and Petra brings together two major Middle Eastern historic centers together. Petra is an ancient city that's truly memorable. It's well worth spending time here, you can explore the ancient capital of the Nabateans and the Treasury, an outstanding ancient building.

Perfection in Petra - This tour was absolutely fabulous. Our guide Nizar could not have been better. Wadi Rum and Petra were both amazing, and so comfortable. I would highly recommend booking 2 days in Petra or more if you can!

Best tour! so much fun! - I have fun on this tour. Altho we were behind schedule but it was okay. Our tour guide Nezar (for the wrong spelling) was GREAT! he is the BEST! Wadi Rum was worth it, beautiful, food was great, altho didn’t see a lot stars coz it was cloudy. But the main thing is PETRA! Petra is beautiful everything about it was perfect, Need more time, 2 days is not enough to explore the city, Happy I was on this group. But hopefully all my tourmates got home safely. Our tour ended the day or hours before conflict.

Incredible tour, highly recommend - This tour is amazing, it was phenomenal visiting Wadi Rum and Petra and the hospitality in Jordan was incredible. I would highly recommend this tour. The martian tents in Wadi Rum were beautiful, and the food at the campsite was ridiculously good. The only negative I have is that I did not find Tourist Israel to be a particularly helpful/informative agency that helped out their guests. It was very difficult to get any more information or response from them in the days leading up to the tour. We left from Jerusalem, and pick up is from a hotel at 3:00am. We struggled to get a taxi (and there is no public transport at that time of night). Very hard to get any more information or assistance from the company - it's something they could definitely work on. Aside from that, the tour was perfect and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Petra & Wadi Rum.

Amazing experience - Trip was amazing. Wadi Rum is a dream. Petra is incredible. Crossing the border was super organizef. People in Jordan is so nice and kind. Our tour guide in Jordan, Methqal (sorry if I misspelled) was amazing, kind and very helpful. I’ve traveled all over the world and this tour is in my top 5 experiences. PS: I went with my mom who is 65 and she loved it too.

2 day trip to Petra and Wadi Rum - This 2 day tour to Petra is a great way to see both Wadi Rum and Petra. Out tour guide Mithgal was great and knowledgeable. He gave suggested even snorkeling in Aquaba, if we knew of this option we would be prepared. Wadi Rum was great and the martian tent was a great experience, the jeep safary was nice. For Petra keep in mind that the schedule is so tight so you have 2 options either stay with the guide or run to go to the monestery in Petra. It is not possible to do both. The best is if you take the 3day tour and you have 1 extra day in Petra. The description of the tour is misleading that you have enough time for the Monestery. Also keep in mind that you leave 2 am in the morning and you come back 2 am again at night so it is pretty intense.

Great experience and friendly tour guide - I went on the 2 day petra and wadi rum tour, other than the bus showing up 30 minutes late to pick us up in the middle of the night, the wait once we got across the border to Jordan for around 25/30 minute due to other people not showing up on time - we had a great trip. We went on a Friday, which might have been a mistake as we didn't really get a chance to experience Aqaba as everyone is home / at prayer and the city is quiet. We chose the private beach and pool optional experience which is just what we needed after hours of travel and it definitely relaxed us, the beach was quite, the city was quiet and its just what we needed. Our tour guide, Neisar was great, super friendly, very helpful, funny and knowledgeable - he definitely made the trip more fun. We did a last minute upgrade to the bubble accommodation which is definitely worth it for the views and waking up to the desert! The jeep rides were fun and food at the accommodation was great, no complaints. Petra was great too - we were a bit tired to fully explore the place but super impressed and blown away by everything. All in all a great trip with tourist Israel - would recommend and hopefully you get Neisar! Thanks for a good time :)

I'd give it a miss - I'll start with the cons The driver from Jerusalem to the Jordanian border was terrifying. the driver was texting while driving (a fellow passenger took photos of this) He was speeding, tailgating and unsafely passing other vehicles on curves. The required arrival time of 3am is ridiculous. You will need too tired to actually enjoy anything. The stop in Aqaba is dumb and a waste of time. Only 2 people signed up to do any of the overpriced extra activities so we had to kill time by driving to a fort no one wanted to see The restaurant they take you to is way overpriced. Some of us walked down the road and went to a different restaurant which was fabulous and much less expensive. A lot of time spent doing nothing Wadi rum is not actually a jeep ride but a ride in the back of a pick up truck with benches. It was OK. Speaker was blown on the bus so we could not hear much of what the tour guide said. Not enough time at Petra, which is the whole reason we are there. The pros Our Martian tent was pretty awesome and clean. The food was decent Our guide, Ahmed, really did seem to make an effort and was happy to answer questions he really wanted everyone to have a nice time. The staff at the camp were all very friendly and helpful

Customer frustration - I had to unfortunately cancel my trip due to the ongoing conflict. I cancelled within the policy and followed all of the new instructions listed on their website. I tried multiple times and finally someone on WhatsApp said yes we will refund you and send a confirmation email. It’s has been 3 weeks since then and still no email or refund. I have been trying to speak with someone and I cannot get a hold of anybody by, WhatsApp or by email. I understand that there are delays but almost a months and no contact, email or communication about my request is not right.

Book with a different agency - I honestly have not enough words to explain the disappointment on this tour. For starters, the bus you take overnight to go to Jordan is legit the most uncomfortable bus I’ve been in my life. The sits are super small in every sense. Then you arrive to Aqaba. That’s when the tour starts and let me tell you that is a complete waste of time. The 1st day you do nothing but listen to a guide talk about other activities with extra charge and stopping in these activities to drop people off. If you don’t go to any extra activities, they take you to a restaurant that has also an extra cost after being hours and hours on a bus. Let’s make clear that as soon as you arrive to Jordan there is no time to stop in the hotel, wash your face or even your teeth (thing that they don’t explain in their emails so it’s a pretty ugly surprise after sleeping on an uncomfortable bus). They say they will get you a jeep tour when in reality is a few cars falling apart that will take you to a tent of beduins for tea and then to the hotel. The hotel was pretty great honestly but had some serious water issues. Then the 2nd day was pretty ok except for the tour guide that talked for hours non-stop and said NOTHING… I learned nothing about Wadi Rum and Petra. Terrible tour guide. The city of Perra is magnificent but that’s absolutely nothing to do with the tour itself. Then they take you straight to crossing the border back to Israel. And now the cherry on top… coming back to Tel Aviv, the bus was overbooked meaning that there was people that had to stay in the border and wait for another bus to come pick them up and it was the same bus that took us the 1st day. So uncomfortable and small sits, no bathroom for a 6 hour drive, plus a driver with very bad attitude who stopped the bus completely in the middle of the highway because someone stand up for a second. Honestly, never taking a tour with this company ever again.
