Best trip with Kate - We had a blast! The trip was mesmerizing, we couldn’t blink an eye to witness all this beauty. The driver Dima was nice and accurate, we left on time and came back as scheduled. Kate was amazing! Strong and friendly, she shared all the knowledge we need about Georgia. She also was a time keeper and ma aged well the timing on each site. We recommend this agency to all our friends and relatives.

Travel with comfy - Smooth and Relaxing Journey: The ride was incredibly smooth, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the views without any bumps or jolts. The bus was quiet, and the seats were exceptionally comfortable, with plenty of legroom.

Kazbegi - We had an unforgettable day trip to Kazbegi with Mariam and Dima! Their professionalism, knowledge, and warm hospitality made the journey exceptional. The comfortable vehicle, well-planned itinerary (Ananuri, Gudauri, Gergeti Trinity Church), and flexibility for photo stops were perfect. Mariam shared fascinating Georgian history, while Dima’s safe driving through mountain roads was impressive. They even recommended a fantastic local restaurant for lunch! Highly recommend their tours for a personalized, stress-free experience. Thank you for an amazing adventure—we’ll definitely book again!

. - Visited the Kazbek excursion from a beautiful guide- Keti, education, historically savvy and fun guide, the route was long and busy but thanks to our driver Soso- we safely and quickly almost all made it, almost because we did unplanned rafting and rope descents, but thank you again our year for having the opportunity to visit whatever we wanted

Recommended! - The itinerary was well-planned, with enough time allotted at each stop—we never felt rushed. Each stop had its own unique charm PLUS friendly, cute and lovely dogs. Our tour guide, Paata, and our driver, Khaka (if I remember correctly), were also friendly and accommodating. I think visiting Kazbegi is definitely a must when in Georgia. You can also choose to stay there for a night or longer—just inform the guide in advance. Highly recommended!
Tip: Be sure to check the weather in Kazbegi before booking—clear skies make a big difference!

Great guide. Beatuiful mountains. Horrible driving experience. - Great guide, nice views. Horrible driving experience.
Good:
First of all, George the guide was great! Very cool guy, tells you everything you need, great voice great English skills, people skills. Views at the last 2 stops are spectacular!
Bad:
Driving -> Mini-bus driver is apsolutely crazy. He is overtaking other cars, buses and trucks in the freaking corners! Constantly speeding, cutting corners, chasing other vehicles. I guess the guy is sick of his monotonous job and the only fun he can create for himself is to compete with other drivers and pour some adrenaline into his blood. Feel sorry for him but he needs to change a job or calm down and not put others in constant danger. Also, its not just the way Georgians drive generally, because there was never one vehicle who overtook us. We were always the fastest car on the road. I've been to 50+ countries and I have never complained about anyone's driving. Even in my country we drive crazy, but not this crazy.
Itinerary -> guy who sells these tours on the streets should speek better English and speak about itinerary clearly. So people can know exactly what to expect. We had rafting tour inside of this tour which we didnt know about and spent 1.5h on it.
We had couple stops which seemed a bit unnecessary, only to have 2x30mins on actualy Kazbegi mountains, and enjoy great views and the whole experience. The whole point of this tour is Mountains, yet you only spend 1 hour total on those "peaks".
Bonus tips: if you are over 185cm tall, you will have really hard time sitting in the mini-bus. Seats are super small for spending all day in the vehicle.
Time schedules can go way off the original plan, but that was not the problem for us.

Beautiful sights but poor driving and rushed itinerary - The views on the Kazbegi day tour are stunning and it’s definitely worth seeing, but the experience was let down by a few issues:
1. The minibus driver’s risky overtaking on narrow, winding mountain roads made parts of the journey feel unsafe often forcing screams from some of the passengers.
2. The long lunch stop at 11 am dragged on unnecessarily. Most of the group were not hungry and felt forced to order food for the sake of it.
3. The smaller minibus drivers that drive you to Kazbegi charge an additional 20 GEL per person. They drive decades old minibuses and drive as if they are on a suicide mission almost colliding with horses, cattle and other cars on the short drive to Mt Kazbegi.
4. While the main highlight of the trip, Mount Kazbegi and Gergeti Trinity Church was rushed with only 30 minutes to enjoy it which is not enough!
Bonus : the honey tasting experience was a nice bonus allowing you to taste various mountain honey types and buy too.
With safer driving and a better-planned itinerary, this could be an excellent tour. Be prepared for 12 hours trip in total.

Unprofessional and disorganised, a waste of time. - Firstly, the tour guide appeared to be hungover, often boasting about his drinking the night before. This impacted the overall atmosphere of the tour.
Regarding time management:
We were already 50 min late when leaving Tbilisi, but just after 10min driving out, guide already asked to stop for 15 min for drinks and toilet... Then at the first sightseeing spot, the reservoir, just a view point that needs 5 min for a quick picture, but guide said 20 min because he needed to get a coffee.
And for lunch we went to a restaurant, sat down but was told not enough seats. Then we drove BACK 20 min to another restaurant because guide said there’s no more restaurant ahead along the way. After lunch we continued forward actually saw many restaurants on the way. Felt like wasted a lot of time driving back and forth.
And after lunch, everyone was waiting by the van, guide and the driver were still sitting and taking their time on beers (already hungover guide had at least 4 big beers during the day as we saw).
Anyway, just a lot of non necessary waiting time… But when we got to the main attractions, guide only gave 20 min to see around... and he barely gave useful information about the sights we were visiting.
During the long drive in the mountains, we got stuck in the traffic, everyone is awake and wondering about the situation, but guide was still deeply sleeping...
Program was very much delayed and even with a skip of the most important landmark, Gergeti Trinity Church, we were just heading back to Tbilisi after 9pm. Guide asked to stop for a few min on the way saying he needed to meet a close friend...
Overall, the experience involved excessive waiting and poor time management, which diminished our enjoyment of the tour.
