Excellent class on a quick Cruise stop - My wife and I took this class on a cruise stop @ Messina. Chef Maurizio was great teacher and told us all the secrets. I can’t eat a store bought cannoli anymore!

A yummy MUST DO experience - What a wonderful experience my Aunt and I had learning to make cannolis. Very hands on and interactive, we go to do everything with the support of our Chef. We made so many cannolis with two different fillings and got to enjoy them after the class with a coffee. If you are in Taormina, add this to your list of activities.

Definitely Do This! - We had an all adult family of 6 participate in this excursion. The restaurant was beyond accommodating and very clean! We made SO many cannoli and they were delicious! I would highly recommend this very fun excursion to any adult!

Amazing fun experience - This was an excellent experience, I'm glad we did it. We were made to feel welcome from the very start by the staff and Francesca. This experience is worth every penny. We made cannoli and two fillings under Francescas instruction, we had wine, water and finished off with a lemoncello. I feel confident to make cannoli at home and can't wait to try the recipe. We left with a certificate to say we completed the course, it was fun and anyone could do it. Book now and enjoy 😉

Memorable cannoli class - The whole process of the cannoli making class was fantastic. Our instructors were great in explaining how to make the cannoli and helped us along the way. Once the cannoli was ready to be fried we were guided to the kitchen where the staff showed us the frying process. Then we were shown what to use to fill the cannoli and got to then taste our creations. Overall the experience was 10/10 and the staff were great. I would definitely do this again and would recommend to everyone to try.

10/10 experience - We did this as an activity during our honeymoon... we LOVED it. We met so many amazing people and the class was SO FUN. A must do for sure!

A fun taste and touch of Sicilian culinary culture - Fabulous experience. Chef Maurizio is a treasure: great with kids and willing to share (some of) his secrets. Our canolli turned out great. We had way too many! But the group fun was the main prize. We can't back the next night to try the pizza. We weren't disappointed. My daughter was overjoyed Maurizio remembered her!

Wonderful learning how to make Connoli - We only had 3 in the class so I really enjoyed the experience and learnt so much from our lovely tutor. Can’t remember his name but he was the pastry chef at the restaurant. Thoroughly recommend this experience

Delicious and Fun! - Such a wonderful class! Expert chef who was also friendly and was able to provide direction for everyone to create delicious cannolis. Ate a lot after in the restaurant and then each of us took a load with us. Very satisfied but I did not get the email with the recipes. Not sure what happened. Hoping I could have them resent!
